Happy with my purchase
I am very pleased with my purchase. It meets my expectations. The quality of the headset is very nice. My purchase came on time

Not very happy
It is not very comfortable at all. I was hoping for something light that you could barely feel on, but this is tight and uncomfortable. The NC seems to work pretty good, but not as well as I was hoping for either.

Good value for the price; this was purchased as a gift for a call center employee. We use them for all our agents.

couldn't even use it spent 75 dollars and needs.an adapter have to spend another 20 to 30 dollars do not.recommend to anyone

Probably sound great
Well I got this headset but didn't realize it did NOT come with the cable you will need to connect from headset to your phone. The description is accurate in the sense it lists just one thing, but clarity always helps. Also, this headset has 4 pin on the other end so you must make sure you're getting the right VXI cable.

Get a direct connect one. No QD cable description in order to make it work.
Could not find a QD cable to use with this headset for a Cisco IP phone. No description available to correct cable needed. If you can find a direct connect version, you should get that one.
