21st Century Papaya Enzyme Chewable (papain from papaya and bromelain from pineapple) worked great to eliminate the bloat I would get every time I ate. I bought the enzymes because I have digestive issues and hoped they would help. It took me a minute to figure out what the difference was after I used them. No bloating. It was great! These 21st Century Enzymes are chewable. The taste is good, but some of them are very hard to chew. I wish they could be improved in that area. All in all this is a good product. I recommend them with the following stipulation: Caution -- Both papaya and pineapple enzymes are known to thin the blood. They thinned my blood considerably. I started seeing a lot of bruises on myself. I looked up papaya and pineapple enzymes on NIH and saw that they can thin blood, so I cut back to just one or two a day. Now I no longer look as though I have been beat up.

I’m 53 years old and like most ladies have tried countless supplements and vitamins, but this is one that I will not go without!!! every morning I look forward to chewing one of these tablets and have it on my subscribe and save for the money you cannot beat it. It has a lovely taste and it’s a great product.

Nice alternative to expensive stomach meds and supplements. Help digestion. Easy to chew and swallow.

I was having stomach issues and went to my primary doctor. She recommended I start taking a papaya supplement. She stated that is what they recommend for their diabetic patients with gastrointestinal issues. I have been taking it now for a little over two weeks. I have noticed that my stomach seems a little more calm. Not nearly as gassy and bloated. I chew one tablet every morning. These tablets are very hard to chew! It’s like biting into a jawbreaker! They don’t really have a flavor to them. I went with the least expensive supplement so I may upgrade to a more expensive one due to these being too hard to chew! Overall, they have served their purpose in settling my stomach.

A friend recommended this for use after gall bladder surgery to help with digestion. I’m not a medical professional, but this product has worked for me. I’m on a subscription for it now.

THese work great so far.. i have reflux and burping for almost 8 months after meals and sometimes just with water.. if i take ppi or h2 blockers i get aches and joint pain all over my body.. so i was frustrated going on eight months.. i am watching what i eat right now due to my esophagus being sensitive and inflamed.. i tried reflux gourmet .. just did not work for me.. i was like what do i do.. my gastro said voquenza and my ins is 500 copay so was unable to afford it.. i was at the end of my rope.. i ordered dgl with glutamine and aloe in it .. a powder i put in my yogi tea throat coat and froth it and drink this as well.. i am going friday to get slippery elm heard great things with this, but so far so good this enzyme has been my life saver thanks to my primary dr.. we dont digest like we use to and this helps soooo much digest my food.. not bloated but still going to take the other products to assist with this.. I am so happy with this product and for the price.. it is worth it if battling digestion issues.. i only take breakfast and lunch right now .. i try not to eat dinner too late if i do eat it.. this way i get a good sleep.. i dont have night reflux.. but thought i share because this is wonderful

I started using papaya enzyme after having my gallbladder removed, as I found it difficult to digest fatty foods. This has made a noticeable difference for me and helps support digestion after meals that are higher in fat. Easy to take and gentle on the stomach. While everyone’s experience will be different, I’ve personally found this to be very helpful as part of my routine.
