This is my go to hair conditioner. Makes my hair soft but not limp. Rinses out easily. I’ve tried and tossed so many hair conditioners that are too heavy, too waxy feeling etc. This product never disappoints

I love how this makes my hair feel. It does help keep it from frizzing to much when it's humid outside.

Seems to work pretty well although it's a little hard for me to tell. I haven't been back to the stylist since I bought the product to ask them their opinion on the health of my hair, but I do believe that it works. I actually use this product after my shower and apply a dime sized amount to my hair, almost like a leave in conditioner. I've tried using the product as recommended on the bottle and didn't see any results. Be careful not to use too much! It will make your hair heavy and greasy looking.

The one I bought from a beauty store moisten my hair very well but this one from Amazon is definitely different. I don't know if the formula is changed or fake. It definitely doesn't deliver.

Al aplicar el tratamiento a mi cabello, inmediatamente sentí el efecto. Froté el cabello con el tratamiento y lo dejé puesto para actuar para casi 10 minutos. Logré muy buenos resultados, con mi cabello casi desenredado, suave, sedoso, con buena aparencia. La única "duda" es que no sé si realmente es un "protector térmico" porque NO tengo la forma de comprobar si es o si no lo es. En conclusión, 100% encantado con este tratamiento de la marca "CHI", y lo volvería a comprar después de acabar con lo que compré.
