It's about 43mm wide and 18mm thick. Definitely smaller than a regular full size G-Shock 😊 It's also a lot lighter too, I bought the blue and black/yellow one, love them both John Peralta

how long is the band? approximately what is the largest size wrist it will fit?

As I measured, tip of band to last hole is 10 inches when laid flat. I have 8 inch wrist. I fasten at the 4th hole. I would "estimate" a 9 inch wrist would be max but could maybe go another half inch. Hope this info helps.
