I needed to take a drug screening for my school. I was a daily MJ user for two years, I recently stopped smoking 2.5 weeks before my test. I took 3 at home MJ testers and they all came back positive. The day before (yesterday) I drank 2 gallons of water. For the process, you have to shake up the drink like a bartender, & then chug it within 20/30 minutes MAX. Then refill the container with regular water, shake, and chug that. Pee in between, pee everything out. When I was done chugging that water, I drank about 2 more bottles of water, peed some more, and then I took 2 other at home MJ tests & they came back NEGATIVE!!! I ran to my urgent care center and got tested. The results came back negative and I was not waitlisted for school. I got “tropical flavor” tastes like sour apple juice. Drink this & do the whole process no more than two hours before your test. My pee had a little green tint, I took a vitamin B pill before my test to help the color. Very happy customer, thank you.

Purchased 3 of these. 1 for my husband; 1 for my daughter; and 1 for myself. We have no health issues and purchased according to proper weight. We all followed the directions to a tee. Nothing happened in terms of a cleanse. However, it made us severely nauseous & dizzy. Then we filled out the online form for their 100% money back guarantee.. They never granted it, despite multiple calls/emails. I do NOT recommend this product for anyone, as it doesn't work & they do not honor their own policies.

I purchased this item for my fiance, and let me just say it works!! It cleaned out his whole system. Little spicy and the taste is awful so be prepared. Other than that it does exactly what it is meant to do.

I had to use this so I could pass my drug test before my mommy makeover when I took the at home drug test. There was a very faint line that showed negative. First went to GNC and asked them what would help my son pass a THC drug test and without hesitation they said QCarbo32. Bought it and he followed the directions and the test came back Negative Dilute. HR said as per their policy he had to retest. If it came back Negative Dilute again he would pass. Purchased QCarbo32 from Amazon and saved almost $30 vs. GNC. Now after the fist test I was able to have a urine sample tested to find out the THC level and it was 329. Had him take a CVS THC home test before the second drug test and it came up positive. I again had a urine sample tested for THC level and it went down to 189. Still high so he had to take the second bottle of QCarbo32. Before he left for the drug test he took the second CVS THC test and it was negative. Immediately went to take the drug test and he passed. Don't know if it will work for everyone but since I had some good data I decided to share our experience with this product.

Was just a casual user since it's now legal, however this did not work in any way shape or form. Tastes terrible! You would be better off buying some B6 & 12. There is no way to recuperate a refund like stated if it doesn't work, since they send it with no box and you need the UPC off the box to get the refund. NOPE. DO NOT BUY.

Long story short, I had landed a REALLY good job and needed to pass a employment screening. I knew this was coming up so I had stopped smoking for a month BUT was still failing tests. So I seen all the good reviews on this product got it and followed the instructions to the T. It DOES make your pee GREEN, but I took two B12s' and then chugged this. BURNS your throat but worth it. Went in to take my test, I got there late (due to traffic) so I had to wait an additional hour which was scary before I drunk it three hours before. So I was praying it was still masking the THC. Peed at least 10 times while drinking nothing but water. I was just trying to ger my urine a "normal" color. Took my test, pee was kind of bright. But I PASSED it.
