This is perfectly made nice quality, fits on my face perfectly traps are perfect, I don't know this feels like it was made for my face only 😂😂 😂 the cooling is great if I want it real cold I put it in the freezer then it does get hard but very icy slushy, I use it for eyes I notice this summer that my eye were puffy I've never had before my doctor says it's most like the weather, I even went to my eye doctor, he said nothing wrong with my eyes, my face feels puffy around my eyes to the point I'm using my sunglasses more I don't leave home without them, so I did some research and came across this one, it took a few months for me to decide, but my decision was these, I had a lot in my cart waiting 😂 so Wednesday I went ahead and ordered it, and I got it Friday morning Amazon is great on their delivery I'm always buying things through them love their services and customer service as well So I woke up this morning I had my ice pack in the fridge since yesterday just to test it out I don't want to shock my face I was nervous cause I read a lot of people bad comments, but saw that it was the only one who had a higher rating, so I walked out on faith I placed it on my face I put the straps around and there it was it was perfect no lie it wasn't loose or anything I laid down quitely while the kids were still sleeping it's was heaven, so my face treatment starts today I will do this twice a day for two weeks and see how my face looks and feels , the cooling was needed my body gets hot at times I've always been that way so putting this cooling pack on my face was amazing and this was just my upper face I hope and pray this brand has a full face ice mask I'm in love I will have pictures up soon I hope this helps everyone cause I didn't know what was happening and it really bothered me stress can also affect you my head felt kinda heavy but no headache just a heavy pressure feeling, it's gone now I placed my ice pack in the freezer now so I will see what it really does for my eye I'm gonna buy at lease 7 more I love this thank you for making this much needed please dont get plastic surgery, on your faces out there try other natural things first, I will definitely gave this a try, hope this was helpful.

Great for my headaches but needs a bit more gel inside mask

Really happy I bought this. Fits perfectly and is nice and cool if left in the fridge between uses. Does not emit a plastic odor either. Very soothing for the eyes and head; helps with swelling, congestion when sick, and headaches. Not recommended as a warm compress. Cooling effect only, but I have used it several times and it has not leaked. Comes nicely packaged.

Fits nicely, I store it in the fridge. The eye openings are perfect but it would be nice to have a full face option to really de-puff the upper lids. Overall would recommend.
