Renovo International RUP1114 Ultra Proofer 1 Litre, Neutral

I have a 2008 BMW Z4 and the convertible top needed some TLC to make it look better. I followed the instructions and my top now looks almost new! The water beads up and rolls off!

Easy to apply with a brush, easy to clean up, and seems like it has settled in well and really set up a waterproof barrier on my rag-top.

Excellent once on however it was very hard to apply to the top. this was due to the fact that it would not spread easerly, it took a lot of effort. However once on and dry this is an excellent product. Water just beads and runs away.

I used this and used the cleaner first followed directions and my top looks new again .It repeals water . This product awesome !

Was able to do 2 coats on 2 cars with the larger bottle; a Pontiac Solstice and a C6 Corvette. Both came out beautifully. Wash your car first but do not put soap directly on the convertible top. I put soap directly on the Pontiac top and even though I rinsed it well, if you looked closely, you can tell where I dripped the soap. With the Corvette, I put just a drop of soap and I applied it indirectly and evenly via a very wet microfiber cloth. The Vet came out perfectly. The Pontiac looked good too but on close inspection, there was the soap marks. Get a plastic drop cloth to cover the full cabin so it comes out from under the top, draping over the full car.

He used it to renew and protect his mini cooper roof. He said it’s not easy to apply, but after it’s done the roof was nice

I used Renovo's Cleaner and Ultra Proofer on my BMW 3-series. The 500ml bottle was just enough to do the top, with a couple table spoons (20ml or less) left to spare. The top absorbed water before, and it beads now. Starting in the morning, I was able to clean the top with the first product, mask off the car and start applying the ultra-proofer. I left it in the garage for about 12 hours and drove it the next morning. If I can recommend anything, it would be to use plastic to mask the car rather than news paper. The ultra-proofer absorbs into (through) news paper. The product did not change the appearance of my black top, which was a concern of mine going into this. After having done it, I will do it again. As they recommend, I will do it again toward winter to protect the top from salt spray.

The roof of my car was thinning out which happens going through wind, rain and lots of sun. This protects very well and roof almost looks new. I couldn't find a similar product or this one anywhere else but online. I recommend for people with convertibles.

This is an excellent product for soft top cars.

Ich habe schon einige Mittel ausprobiert, um das Stoffverdeck meines Cabrios zu imprägnieren, aber keines hat mich so überzeugt wie der Renovo Fabric Soft Top Protector. Schon beim Auftragen merkt man, dass es sich um ein hochwertiges Produkt handelt – es lässt sich gleichmäßig verteilen (ich habe es mit einer kleinen Rolle und einem Pinsel verarbeitet) und zieht wunderbar ein. Nach dem Trocknen war der Unterschied deutlich sichtbar: Das Verdeck bekam wieder seine satte, gleichmäßige Farbe zurück und fühlt sich wieder richtig „frisch“ an. Besonders beeindruckend ist die Wasserabweisung – Regentropfen perlen perfekt ab, fast wie bei einer neuen Imprägnierung ab Werk. Ich habe das Produkt nach der Reinigung mit dem passenden Renovo Cleaner aufgetragen, was ich sehr empfehlen kann. Die Kombination sorgt für ein richtig sauberes, tief gepflegtes Ergebnis. Auch nach mehreren Wochen sieht das Verdeck immer noch top aus – kein Ausbleichen, kein Nachlassen der Imprägnierung. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Das Mittel bietet UV-Schutz und wirkt schimmelresistent, was besonders bei Cabrioverdecken wichtig ist, die oft Sonne und Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt sind. Der Verbrauch ist ebenfalls moderat – mit einer Flasche konnte ich mein komplettes Verdeck großzügig behandeln. Fazit: ✅ Sehr einfache Anwendung ✅ Perfekter Abperleffekt – wie neu imprägniert ✅ Frischt Farbe und Struktur sichtbar auf ✅ UV- und Schimmelschutz inklusive ✅ Made in Britain – qualitativ top Ich kann den Renovo Fabric Soft Top Protector uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
