I only get high-quality products. This supplement, in particular, from this brand, is one I recently received. I had purchased other supplements from this company, and I have not had any complaints. I received the product promptly.

Just as a general rule, to sort out nutritional deficiencies real or imagined, you need to look up the vitamin or supplement in question at all of the following sources online: NIH's PubMed, examine.com and the American Society of Clinical Nutritionists. Start out with half-doses or less. In the instance of l-glutathione (as an example), there are several other means for improving the rate of mitochondrial activity such as nattokinase, serrapeptase, sirtuin or that old standby, Linus Pauling's beloved Vitamin C. The REAL problem is that American medicine has no such licensed and most importantly, insurable practitioner as a vitaminologist. Russia does. Many European states do. China does. I have a cult following of people here in my hometown, if there is such a thing as a hometown anymore which there really isn't, who want me to write down schedules of pills to take in exchange for money as my hobby-level work on me has yielded great benefits over 10 years. I have NO license to do so because there is no such license even if I wanted to be involved in such a business.

Not sure it really helped for the issue at hand. Ended up going to an herbalist & got other supplements. Good company product overall. Do your research before buying so it is for your body type.
