Used the bag for intended purpose. It is functional and convenient. It is, also, very small. I do not advocate placing your phone anywhere that isn’t attached to your person. With that being said, the bag will hold two iPhones with bulky cases, keys, smokes, and such. Tightly holds an energy drink can or a 300 count ibuprofen bottle, if that’s what you choose to carry. Either of those will take up most of the space.So far, this bag (and everything else that I have bought of Trail Max brand) has been sturdy and handy. I think it is an ideal size and location for little ones (or bigs) that want a small snack on the ride. It holds a snack bag size chips very well. It is easy to reach and open and close. Photos attached. Do not let my examples fool you into honking we are easy and careful with our equipment. We have gone through our fair share.

A very sturdy, right-sized zip-pack to mount in front of the saddle pommel to keep those little essentials ready to-hand such as a hoof pick, small pocketknife, roll-on insect repellent (for my horse, but I'm sure I could use it in a pinch as well), and other items that I'm sure I'll think of along the way. It's not intended to hold a lot and if I'm planning to eat out on the trail instead of back after the ride I'll purchase a larger pack and probably one that mounts behind the cantle. If you just want to ensure that each time you're out for a day ride you have what you're likeliest to need (not having a hoof pick while out on a ride prompted me to buy this pack) this little pack is perfect.

This is by far my favorite horn bag. It’s small enough for my quick need to get to quickly things like phone, medicines and tissues. I did have one years ago that got left out and the zipper broke. But this one has upheld with proper care (ie, don’t leave your saddle in the weather!) I definitely recommend this brand of saddle bags.

This straps quickly to the front of my saddle. It has enough room for my phone, a pair of glasses and a few rolled up dollar bills and an ID. Super easy to unzip at a moments notice to catch a quick picture or to answer the phone/check a text message.

Its smaller that I thought it would be, but its great for some lip balm, truck keys and gum. It probably said the dimensions, but in my mind I thought it was larger. Im keeping it and will use it.

I love this thing so much! It's perfect for long rides. I usually pack my phone, a protien bar, chapstick, a pocket knife, bandana, and a few horse treats. All of this fits easily. The zipper is relatively quiet and even my spookier young horses aren't bothered by it. I haven't noticed any scuffing or scratching on my saddle. After adjusting the straps it doesn't hang down on my horses withers any. It's small enough that it's never in the way and large enough to hold the few items I listed.

Sorry I didn't like this pouch for my saddle. I found the zipper cheap and awkward if I were to attach and try to use while riding. Returned for full refund. Thank you for excellent customer service.

This is slightly more expensive than other saddle bags, but definitely worth the price. I bought this along with a Dusty's Trail Gear saddle pack to compare the two. The Trailmax 500 is significantly thicker, sturdier, and well-made. It fits my water bottle, phone, and even a snack or two. I expect it to last a long time.

Initial delays with shipping sue to the current health crisis caused a ling shipping time. Never the less once the product arrived it was as described and my daughter is happy with it. Good quality!

man muss sich dran gewöhnen das nun vor dem Horn ne Tasche ist, aber ich denke das geht schnell. Bei beiden Taschner (habe gleichzeitig dietrailMAX 500 Back Saddle Pockets, Satteltaschen gekauft) ist die Befestigung toll kein wackeln und rutschen, selbst im Galopp. Mein Pferd kannte bis vor kurzem keine Satteltaschen hinten. Kann ich nur empfehlen

Nach knapp einem Jahr habe ich bei einem Ritt den komplette Zipper des Reißverschlusses verloren. Eine Reklamation wurde abgelehnt, da man mir eine unsachgemäße Behandlung unterstellt hat. Ja, genau richtig. Ich kann nämlich nicht mit einem Reißverschluss umgehen.Ich kann nur sagen, Finger weg von diesem Verkäufer !!!!!!!Werde hier nie wieder etwas kaufen. Nicht wirklich an den Kunden interessiert.
