Cables Unlimited 6 feet DVI D M to M Dual Link Cable

Despite claims here that others had received single link cables, I did receive fully functional Dual Link Cables. All 3 cables that I ordered drive 27" 2560x1440 monitors. I am not getting any signal degradation (red pixels in a grid pattern when it was supposed to be dark) like I was getting with the cable these replaced.

Well it's a dvi-d cable. The only gripe I have, is that the cable is way thick, and hard to manage.

I ordered this one, but ended up sending it back because I found a DVI cable I had misplaced. The review below is for this product's 10' long sister cable.What can you say about an HDMI cable? It was just what I needed to get my second monitor connected to my tower. I use two 27" monitors mounted on a desk stand with the tower to the right of the desk. As you might imagine, the standard 6" HDMI cable doesn't quite cover that distance. This sucker works perfectly, arrived quickly, and I like (what appears to be) the gold coating. Would absolutely buy again.

This is a high-quality DVI-D dual-link cable. I get a solid, stable signal at 2560x1600 resolution, which is only possible with a true dual-link cable. It seems well built, and it performs without any problem. It does everything exactly as expected; there is nothing about it I think needs improvement.Of course, a hallmark of quality is lasting reliability. Should I encounter a problem in the future, count on me updating this review. (If you were to look at my other reviews, you would see that I have updated a some when things changed.)

It is an hdmi cable with dual link DVI headers. If you are looking for a resolution of 2560 x 1440 or 2560 x 1600 DO NOT BUY THIS. This cable can not handle those resolutions. These people are very very sneaky and I won't be buying anything else from them.

Not much to say except that I've yet to have a problem with any of the Cables Unlimited products I've purchased to date. They've all worked just fine and were generally all cheaper than the marked up shmancy ones that never result in anything sounding/looking/etc different at all. Haven't run into any problems over the years with wear and tear in spite of my constant moving around and franken-puter ways.
