I really like the fact these are made with coconut oil also; I am hoping that it will help with my dry skin as well. I have been taking these for about three weeks now, and can definitely tell the difference in my hair, nails and I can see that my skin appears to be not as dry as before. Will further review in 3 months, I think that's a good time period to actually see all the benefits these softgels offer. They are also extremely east to take! I have tried different brands and types; so far I love these!

I use Biotin on a regular basis, just not with the added coconut oil. I'm in my 50s and my skin did break out for the first time in over 30 years, but there is no way to tell if it was due to this product. (I had also used a new skincare product, so it could have been that.) The package arrived well sealed, which is a major concern when buying online supplements. I took off a star because I can't find an expiration date anywhere on the label or the bottle.

I've only been using these for a little over 2 weeks now and man can you tell the difference!!! My hair is so shiny, soft and flowy now😍😍 for the price and quantity you can't beat it! I will be buying more as soon as my bottle gets a little lower. Lighter and dime used for size comparison. Super tiny gel capsules that make it easy to take and they don't have a strong odor either.

I’m not the type to leave reviews I just order & go about my day. I’m 22 & for the past several years getting my hair to grow was impossible because I used to chemically straighten it. My hair was to my lower back before I started the chemicals, now my hair is to my shoulder blades. I ordered these pills because nothing else worked- all other pills just made my hair shiny with no growth that’s it. It’s been less than a week? I take once a day along with hair skin & nail vitamins... the results are literally crazy. My hair looks so thick, it brought back my curl structure already, my edges look great, my hair is shiny, and it’s so much easier to brush. Like I said I never leave reviews but this.... this is hair crack in the best way.

Only been using the Biotin for a week now so I haven’t noticed a difference. But they come in an easy to swallow pill. It’s completely tasteless and odorless. Which I love so I definitely recommend these based on that. Will update after I see results.

Not sure if I've noticed a difference. I did shave my head for the first time ever a couple weeks ago and my hair grew back quickly. I do like the hint of coconut oil.
