This product has helped my hair so much! Within a month it helped my hair to stop falling out and gain its health back. At the 2-3 month mark my hair is doing a lot better with very minimal shedding. I'm taking 2 per day. I'm over 50 and was having trouble with this issue and had tried many other products that didn't work and were too expensive. This one is reasonably priced, good quality, easy to swallow and small size. I would highly recommend to anyone who is having hair thinning issues. Also, foot note, I also checked with my doctor to have Iron (Ferritin) levels checked. Mine was low and also taking an iron supplement. But, don't start an Iron supplement without discussing with your doctor and checking the levels. If Iron levels are low, this can also contribute to hair thinning.

I was previously using the Swanson Horsetail and before that another brand of silica for years now and I really only noticed a small difference. I even tried the liquid silica, I can't remember the name and that was better but not as much as now. I ordered this thinking okay not another one! Okay I'll give it a try as my hair is falling out mainly due to the "life change". The first thing I noticed was that I had a glow in like less than a week! I thought it was my imagination the first time I I saw it then it continued on the following days. It looked almost like I had on airtouch makeup or something, I can't explain it but my skin is brighter and I look younger. I racked my brain trying to think what was the change and I finally realized it was this Bamboo Extract. I thought okay that's a good sign, it's working for my skin. I bought this about 5 weeks ago and I am about to place an order again, mainly because I am catching up on all of my vitamins & herbs. Then I thought to myself, well I'm not sure if it's working for my hair, what else? Oh well as I am typing I realize my nails are longer (I cut most of them down over the past few weeks because they were weak, and probably needed to start afresh) and stronger! That has not happened with the other products, they may have grown but did not get as strong as these are now. The other thing is while I can't tell yet if it's working for the hair on my head, it really is causing hair to grow fast on my actual body including my eyebrows (and chin). I am definitely having to shave and pluck more often especially recently. Overall this is working after 5 weeks for me and that is telling me that I may even see the improvement in my hair in maybe three months. This is good stuff, I am surprise to say after trying so many different things and I will continue to order.
