Worth every penny, better than most stock straps I've seen.
Even though this is more of the bottom-tier of Hirsch straps, it feels and looks amazing. The quality is apparent from the first time you touch it. I got it as a replacement for the stock strap for my Seiko Alpinist SARB017 and it is superior in every way. The picture doesn't really do justice to the brownish-gold accents of the strap and the stitching. It is very soft and supple--it feels like it was made out of glove leather (which it probably was). I don't know if/when it will ever wear out, but if it does, I will replace it with this exact strap, or maybe even an upgrade to a Hirsch Paul.

Excellent Strap
This is a great, high-quality strap at an affordable price. I have other straps from Hirsch and this one met my expectations. It's too bad that watch manufacturers continue to include cheap straps on watches that cost hundreds of dollars, but at least Hirsch continues to offer high-quality, relatively low-cost straps to replace them with.

Big fan of Hirsch
Was unsure about the color, I'd say it's a bit darker in real life. VERY comfortable to wear, I put it on my Speedmaster. Looks great. Feels great. Fair price.

High-quality, looks sharp
Smooth appearance, fits properly, comfortable, and looks sharp with my 34 mm white-face watch. A little pricey, but appears to be high quality.

It's a very nice looking strap but the merino leather top is too ...
Warning: product name is incorrect. This is not a women's strap. It is a men's long at 120mm x 80mm.It's a very nice looking strap but the merino leather top is too soft. The buckle left permanent indentations in strap after just one day of use. Given that, I worry about the long term durability of this strap.

Nice Quality, But Not Austrian
The strap is comfortable and high quality, and looks great on my Speedmaster. The buckle is nicely polished and marked with a small raised H. After occasional wear for the last several months it's started to develop a nice worn-in look with some creasing and mild darkening from moisture. I will say it was a bit of a snug fit getting the thick Omega spring bars through each end, but doable. I wouldn't want to have to get them out again as the larger center portion of the spring bar is mostly stuck in the middle. Thankfully the watch came with quite a few extras. My sole complaint is although their marketing gives the impression these straps have been crafted by fine Austrian leatherworkers since 1765, the back side of the removable hang tag indicates it's made in China. A bit disappointing to say the least.

FYI: this is long band, not standard.
Very nice quality, however this is the long version.
