I don't usually write reviews but felt I should for this product. I can only speak for myself and my experience and that is what I am doing here. Some were complaining about the packaging. This is my second order of this product and this packaging, and I have not had any problems. It is summer and the humidity level in our home is high. I keep the package in its original container and use a wide clip the size of the package to keep it shut. Only rarely do I find a soft clump that needs breaking up. No odd smells. The package holds 4 oz., has an inner smooth silver liner. The outer part has a paper bag type cover. Both together seem to work well to keep out moisture Prefer the small containers to larger ones from other companies with which I have had problems with odor and hardness. Some products I just couldn't break up and had to toss, but not this PURE organic Acetyl L-Carnitine. Will continue to order and consider other products by the same company when needing them.

Listen, this is going to taste tart bc that’s just how it is. The best thing you can do is create a little cocktail with it with some juice or mixing it into your preworkout. But it’s effective! Definitely helps with helping the body to burn fat. I’ve gotten back into a workout routine after far too long away from the gym and I can already feel and see a difference in my body shape. A couple years ago, it took about 6 weeks for me to lose enough chub to see the muscle underneath, but I can see my body shape changing this time one week in! I do a combo of weight lifting and HIIT (the prep and the work from Beachbody). I credit a lot of my advancement to this supplement. I haven’t lost a ton of weight, but I’m averaging about half to 1 pounds a day, which is my goal. Slow and steady wins the race! I wish they had serving suggestions, but I’m following a specific protocol so I take a heaping teaspoon per day divided over three servings.

A great add on for Parkinson's along with the prescribed Levadopa Carbadopa which is short lived after a couple of hours. That along with Acetyl L-Carnitine Powder and L-Tyrosine Powder in water really works. My doctor recommended this when I was going through menopause that was affecting my memory & focus. I started taking it and noticed great improvements within a few weeks and wont stop taking it. The packaging makes this product more affordable and I transfer to my own sealed container for easier access.

I got a bad headache and my jaws became stiff. It hurt to open my mouth even slightly. The effects wore off after 2 days. I tried it a 2nd time and got the same results. I will not take it ever again.

This supplement is not for folks who are dealing with low cortisol levels. I have low cortisol. I am diligently taking supplements to heal my adrenals and raise my cortisol levels. I took some of this yesterday and had a horrible crash. This supplement is listed on many sites as helpful for adrenal fatigue. While it may be helpful for those with high cortisol levels. Adrenal fatigue also includes those who have cortisol levels that are lower than optimal. This supplement is not for low cortisol adrenal fatigue.

I've purchased Pure products numerous times. The quality is always good. I've also contacted the Pure company a few times to find out if a product is non-GMO or something and they are very responsive. ALCAR /Acetyl L-Carnitine Powder is quite sour. It's best to dilute it in something.

I like that this has no fillers however it does not tell u how much to use for your personal end use and body weight. I'm estimating a very small punt and so far so good. Its very tart so I throw a bit in my mouth and gulp it down. I tried mixing it in water and that works too but I'm lazy and this method is easy.
