The remote came as it was pictured. The remote works well and I can hardly tell the difference between the original and the replacement. The buttons seem to have a 1-2 second lag if several buttons are pushed at a time, but it isn't horrible for me and my family. The setup was super simple. I was still using the original remote that my tv came with and watching television when the remote was delivered. I immediately opened the package, took out the batteries from the original remote, and used them for this replacement one and it worked instantly. No need to even go to my settings or restart the tv. The voice control feature was the only part that required a setup process in the tv settings, and we were able to successfully activate it. However, after quickly restating the tv it seems to only work with Google search. Other apps, like Youtube, have a voice search option, but the remote does not work on the Youtube app. Instead, the remote opens google search and does the search there. The voice control also lags tremendously when being used anywhere else except the Home Page for the tv. So far, we haven't come across any major issues with the remote and found that everything works as it should. The Netflix button goes to Netflix, the Home button goes to the home page, etc. The voice control was the only hiccup we found, but it honestly doesn't bother us that much since we hardly ever used it before. Overall, we are just glad to have this new replacement :)

The remote is exactly the same as our previous one, worked flawlessly with our old Sonia Bravia 40” tv, no setting up needed, it worked straight out of the box, well packaged and no damages or problems whatsoever, delivered with care as always. Design standard. All buttons functioning absolutely flawlessly.

This remote arrived quickly. Was easy to connect to tv. BUT, this remote will not connect to internet tv that goes thru xFinity, hence most channels cannot be seen.

This remote works wonderfully and arrived in record time.

Voice function does not work at all. I don't believe it has voice function. Other buttons that should work do. Followed the tv instructions for activating voice function (hold down volume- key and then simultaneously holdel voice button for three seconds), and it's not responding. The volume key works, but it's like the voice key isn't sending any kind of signal. I supect fraud.

Visually, this remote is just about identical to the original, and overall, it is an excellent replacement. There are just 2 aspects of this remote that I find are less desirable than the original. First, this remote has to be more precise when pointing it at the TV than the original. The original remote is more forgiving, meaning that I can point the remote even beyond the edge of the TV and the TV will pick up the signal. This one has to be pointed within the edge of the TV to work. Second, some of the buttons require a little more pressure to work. It's not a lot more, but enough that in the first few days of use nearly half of my button pushes wouldn't work. However, over the last few weeks, by brain and fingers adjusted, and without having to think about it anymore, my fingers automatically press a little harder and that issue largely goes away. If it weren't for those two factors, and admittedly, they aren't significant drawbacks, I would otherwise rate this remote a 5.
