Great gluten free carbonara sauce mix
This sauce mix came from Germany, but it is gluten free, so I ordered it and found it delicious. There was a minor language issue as the directions were in German, but with a little translation it turned out rich and creamy

DO NOT BUY THESE. They come from Germany and all the cooking instructions are in German. I would give zero stars but it won't let me.

Instructions in German!
I used this for my Christmas spaghetti! My teenage son and I had an adventure using google translate translating the instructions in German. Absolutely delicious! We used bacon lard, spaghetti shells, sliced uncured deli ham and red pepper. The bacon lard wasn't such a good fit, but the sauce was delicious. Thanks so much!
