Listen I took 2 yesterday around 6pm I’m up at 11am still going. I’ve been going nonstop but these things really work. Only slight cramping for me but once you release it’s over. These are the truth!!

Eat relatively healthy, or else!!!
I’m gonna be honest, I ate like CRAP when I first started taking these and it was not fun. The cramps were unreal. But recently I’ve been cleaning up my diet and eating a lot more veggies and fruit and now the cramps are practically non existent and I can tell my body is flushing a ton of toxins and my colon is getting the cleansing it needs. So I only recommend if you’re willing to eat healthy for at least half of your day.
