Great design and actually easy to use every day
This pill organizer is worth the extra cost. The compartments are a good size, the lids open and close smoothly without feeling flimsy, and the overall design is really thoughtful — no more struggling to get pills out. It’s sturdy and looks nicer than typical plastic organizers, so it sits out on the counter without looking cheap. Makes staying on top of my daily vitamins/meds so much easier.

Outstanding, beautiful, and just 😍
tl;dr: beautifully made and design, but almost ruined by tacky brand logo. Still 5 stars, but just barely. No one has believed this was a pill container 😂, that’s how beautiful this is. Like, it blends perfectly with my tech stuff and looks like an external storage or tech gadget of some sort. If only their tacky name brand logo thing wasn’t printed on it. I’d give it a 4.5 if I could because of that, but 4 just felt wrong given that it’s an easy fix. I simple flipped the sheathe! I love that it has the days and I went from missing 2-4 important-ish pills a month to never missing a single pill in months!!! iPhone tracking helped, but didn’t fix the issue. This did. Even has Apple like design language. Great wood accents. It’s very secure and would do well in a purse or luggage. Flipping the sheath does seem to make it slightly less secure, maybe 10%-15%?, but I’d still trust it in essentially any scenario. The blue metal is just sooooo sleek and beautiful, wish they didn’t ruin one side with their ugly name. Like at least do the Apple thing and make a visually appealing logo or nicer name. Branding every single little thing with no name brand logos and stuff is just tacky.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
If you are looking for a well designed and functional pill holder; look no further. The drawer slides very nicely. It also has either a rubber or silicone stopper which provides a nice snug closure. The wood detail puts it over the top. It is a good price point for the material. It is not some cheap plastic container but something that you will have for as long as you like. It surprisingly holds more large vitamins than I thought. For reference it holds approximately 4 large pills such as fish oil and 4 small pills the size of folate very easily. There would not be a problem adding 2 additional large pills. I tried it and it still closed very nicely. I did see similar pill organizers that were cheaper but I have learned a long time ago that you get what you pay for.

Great pill case - worth the extra $ if you don't want to feel like an old person!
Listen, I hated buying this. HATED. Pill cases feel like the things my grandpa had in the nursing home. But I'm in my late 30's and I've had some health issues in the last year. I grew tired of juggling bottles and bubble packs for medications and supplements, not to mention needing to remember "did I take X today?" I found this and was intrigued by the style. It looks almost more like a vape than it does a pill case. It's not as conspicuous as some cheap, plastic, translucent blue case purchased at your neighborhood pharmacy, and it can easily stay in my messenger bag without question. Now I can keep my pills organized and I don't need to worry about it. It's secure, doesn't fall open, and it works great. But it's not perfect. Some people have mentioned that there is no day-of-week text on it, but I find that doesn't really matter. If it's 2 PM and all my pills are still there, I forgot to take something that morning. If it's the morning and there's only one pill left over in the previous slot, then I forgot to take something before bed. Simple as that. Another thing I also really like is because it's metal and a little heftier (I wouldn't say it's heavy, but it's certainly more premium feeling than some cheap case), you don't really get that rattling pills sound, which is awesome. I keep it in my messenger bag and I never hear it rattling around. That said, if you don't have a lot of strength, I could see its weight and the opening process being a little bit more difficult. That's not a problem for me, but it would've been for my grandparents, so I thought I'd note it anyway. The first downside is, surprisingly, its form. There are arrows on both sides to indicate where the top of the case is, and there is a difference in the notching (one side has a piece of rubberized plastic or something to indicate the top, while the other side is hollow). However, at a quick glance, you don't really see any of that. You can absolutely open this up upside down and drop everything. Thankfully, I haven't had that issue, but it does take a second or so to realize which end is up. If you really need a visual aid, you could put a little decal on it, or print a label out from a label maker. The other downside is the container size. To make it fit in this form factor, some room obviously had to be sacrificed. I take 4-5 pills a day - two of which are very large supplements - and that's probably a little over halfway full. I could probably add a few smaller pills, but, if you take a lot of pills, or take something like CBD gummies (that are larger), daily, you're gonna have a hard time fitting it all in. However, if you don't mind not having 7 days worth of pill storage, you could always make it 4 or 5 days worth of storage and the larger stuff could go in the extra slots. I would love to see a revision of this that was maybe a half-inch wider with a little closer tolerance to allow for a little bit more space overall, as well as a better indicator to which side of the case is the top. But, regardless, I'm happy with my purchase... which I feel very weird saying about this as a middle-aged adult that still feels young.

Premium & Stylish, But Wish I Got the Bigger One!
I’m impressed with this Pill Organizer! It feels premium, like something you’d see in a fancy health store, and the sleek design looks awesome. That said, I take a ton of supplements, and this one’s a bit too small for my needs; I should’ve grabbed the larger version. Still, it’s super helpful and well-made, and I highly recommend it! I’m definitely buying the bigger one soon.

Pretty case, less practical than I hoped.
This is a very attractive case which I love because my pill dispenser is always visible. Unfortunately, it’s not practical for me. I am not regimented enough to load my pill container each Saturday. The first day you pull out is Sunday, and the other compartments don’t have covers on them so unless you do it in perfect Sunday-Saturday order, you have to scoop that day’s pills instead of uncovering the day you need and flipping the container upside down to dispense. It seems to be well made, design simply doesn’t work for me.

Pill box that doesn’t look like one
I wanted a pill box that was more secure than my regular pill box. This is an aluminum case that has a sliding compartment. I chose silver since I can sand it or polish it. If it is painted I’m sure it will show scratches. The pockets are more than deep enough for all of my pills and tablets. It has 7 compartments. There is a seal on one end. I’m not sure about the other end. There is another design that is cheaper but it slides and then has a compartment door. I can easily slide the tray and pour out my pills onto my hand. It is compact, sleek and stylish. Overall I’m very pleased with it. Update (11/23) I am heading off to a trip that will be 3 weeks. So I ordered a third one. What I like about these is that they don’t spill my pills when I travel. There is a slight degree of resistance to open it. It’s a handsome design. If I go on a 4 week trip, I’ll get another.

Didn’t know I needed this
I’ve never used a pill organizer before but saw this and bought it on a whim. Instantly had regrets wondering why I paid $30 when there’s cheap plastic ones for like $5. Well, I recently started using this and I didn’t realize how nice it would be to have something like it. The ease of it, the size, it glides, it’s heavy duty, I don’t have to worry about putting it in my purse and opening up, it’s solid material and design. I’d say you’re $30 is well worth it. I’ll address the ease of gliding the holder out as I see some complaints about it; just go slow. I thought the same thing when I got it and was moving it in and out of the case. But once I put pills in it and slowly opened it there was no issue. And when I saw slow I don’t mean a millimeter at a time, just don’t go ripping it open. TLDR it’s a really nice case and worth the spend.
