best sunscreen I have tried so far! rated 1 on EWG.org
I have tried nearly every singe sunscreen rated 2 or lower on EWG.org (skin deep) website. I have even tried making my own sunscreen. The problem I have run into and I know many others as well, is that the non-toxic sunscreen products is usually the thick, greasy, white paste-like consistency and the the difficulty rubbing the product into the area applied. If you have made the wise choice to ditch the chemical-laden sunscreen (which actually cause many forms of skin cancer) products sold at drug stores and department stores you are already a step ahead of the game. But be forewarned that the healthier sunscreens available and there are several very reputable and effective brands will not be as smooth and translucent as the above mentioned. Out of all of the brands I have tried, by far this is my favorite brand and one of the more economical choices out there. This brand costs less than the popular but extremely toxic, neutrogena broad spectrum helioplex. Plus it has UVA/UVB protection and spf of 50+. To top it all of, Thinksport is rated with a score of 1 on EWG.org's website which is one of the lowest ratings (lowest being the least toxic) you can find in sunscreen products. It has a pleasant smell, is very moisturizing (often do not need a moisturizer on my face when I use), rubs into skin well, leaving no white residue and leaves your skin with a nice healthy glow. If you have very oily skin, apply sparingly the first time. If you have dry skin, you will like this product even more. Also, this is the only sunscreen product I use on my kids and it is wonderful on their skin.

Natural sunscreen that works with easy application!
Let's start by saying you will have a slight tint to your skin unless you really rub this in. This is because the zinc oxide is meant to sit on TOP of your skin and not absorb like traditional chemical based sunscreens. Rubbed in well, it was not extremely noticeable in my opinion. The smell was not terribly strong. I found it neutral. I chose this brand based on it's stellar review/score on the EWG skindeep database (ranks the safety of all sorts of cosmetic/hygeine products using ingredients etc.- go check it out!). I was not disappointed! We used this on a week long beach trip and it worked perfectly! We went though a little more than one tube for two adults, as the tubes are a bit on the smaller side. I felt the price was reasonable for a quality natural sunscreen so I didn't mind ordering extra! My husband (who burns practically by looking out the window) and I (I do not burn easily) were both well protected. Great recommendation if you are looking for a very safe, natural, and well working sunscreen!

Great Product - Slightly Unpleasant Scent
I purchased this because of the stellar ingredients. My friend is a pilot and needs a good, clean sunscreen without all the nasty chemicals. Zinc is king when it comes to UV protection. This product is great because it doesn't create that 'ghost-like' appearance. The cream disappears and absorbs into your skin creating a nice barrier. It stays on even if you're in water or if you sweat. You have to be able to withstand the smell all day. This is not unscented; it definitely has a scent. It's not a chemical smell, per se, but just unpleasant. Of course, this is purely subjective, so I deducted only 1 star.

WORKS GREAT- LOVE!
This is the only sunblock my daughter can use. She breaks out in severe eczema with any other product. I used it on a week long outdoor camp in south Texas with zero burn and only one reapplication midday. I had minimal freckling and no irritation. The scent is light and does not linger. I am a medium and freckled skin tone and it does make me white tinted for a few minutes but usually settles or fades with wear and additional rubbing. I only apply lightly to avoid white cast and because it is a little expensive- lol. But still effective with light applcation. I take care not to leave any sunblock in a hot car to prevent breakdown and separation and preserve efficacy. I have never had a problem when I pay attention to this. UPDATE 2019- Still order this and still use it every day as my facial moisturizer, with and without make up. Never any irritation or break out. Some slight shine under makeup which is easily solved with mineral veil. Freckling is remarkably less when I remember to use this for a day outdoors. Mineral barrier sunblock is the safest most effective uv protection and I love the Think products!

Good sunscreen, sweat-proof
I work a sweaty outdoor job and this stuff has been working well to prevent sunburn. Not too greasy but also not drying. It goes on very white at first but it if I rub it in well and wait several minutes it soaks in and the white cast goes away.

i like it
this sunscreen is good and i like it a good amount. i work outside everyday walking dogs and i use an acne medication nightly so need heavy coverage to avoid any extra damage to my skin. ive tried multiple mineral sunscreens and just havnt been a fan. this one is nice to me as its a very dewy finish almost greasy but not quite. it doesnt break me out or cause irritation. i have eczema and rosacea and most facial sunscreens emphasize the dryness but this one blends in fairly seamless. it protects my skin nicely as well and i just make sure to re apply every few hours. i use it on my hands too and it doesn’t absorb as well there but gets the job done. there is a white cast that’s pretty heavy at first but it smooths in after continuous rubbing. i wouldn’t recommend this if you have dark skin but im sure most mineral sunscreens aren’t ideal for darker skin.

Works really well. Thick and oily.
Not a paid review. I found this looking for reef-safe sunblock. I found it to be very thick, with a pleasant scent. It worked well in and out of the water. However, I found it to be pretty greasy, which is not surprising given the multiple natural oil ingredients. This was very moisturizing for my legs and arms, but also probably contributed to some breakouts on my face. Also, if you are snorkeling or scuba diving and wearing it, be extra on top of using a good mask defogger—mine seemed to fog worse than usual when using the sunblock on my face. However, I’d still rank it as the top reef-safe sunscreen I’ve found yet. Updated 8/2019 - Glad to see growing interest in reef-safe (and human-safe!) sunblock. My family and I have used this sunblock for a year now, including on some very sunny days on/in the water, as well as on land. Works great, no sunburn! Still greasy. And thick...you’ll need more of this than some others that are more liquid. ( leaves my skin nicely moisturized though, after I wash it off :-)

Sticky sunscreen
It has the same sticky, gross sunscreen feel on my skin as all the other mineral sunscreens . I haven’t been able to find a mineral sunscreen that isn’t sticky. Maybe there’s no such thing. I bought this because I needed reef safe sunscreen for my upcoming vacation to Hawaii. It takes a little effort to rub in, but it’s not too bad. I have medium skin tone and it does not leave any white cast. Once applied it feels very similar to Target’s Up & Up mineral sunscreen, but the Up & Up one is cheaper and not as thick so it’s easier to apply.
