This has been a game changer for my digestion. It has no texture and adds just a hint of sweetness to my coffee so I actually look forward to taking it.

This fiber works great. I put it in my coffee and you cannot even tell it's in there. No clumping or after taste. This is the best tasting and working fiber I have ever tried. It's a keeper!

I have been trying this product for about a month, and feel as if I have given it a good enough chance to write a honest enough review. This product is really great. I do feel as if my immunity has been better since being on this product and I am indeed operating/ functioning nicely in the gut area (one of the many claimed health benefits of this product). As some one who taken many fiber supplement this one has some big positives. It has a very neutral flavor which is nice. It dissolves really nicely in some hot water (which then allows you to easily add it to almost any other type of food item). With all that said, I did purchase this item to help increase my daily fiber intake. I am not sure if that is the case. Looking at the nutritional facts you see that it claims 10g of fiber per serving, and it is footnoted with a comment that states "includes digestive resistant oligosaccharides." After some research I can see that these oligosaccharides are considered to be a pre-biotics, and a oligosaccharides are just one of the many components that make up fiber. While I found many resources that note the importance of both, I couldn't really get a clear answer if I was indeed getting a full spectrum of dietary fiber when consuming this product. And that is where I stand and why I gave this product 4 stars. There is probably a loophole that allows Tino to account for oligosaccharides as "dietary fiber" in their labeling but I do not feel as if I am truly the full range of dietary fiber. Something to consider for those who have been put on a medical diet that required more fiber or for anyone looking to increase their fiber intake. As for me, I will still continue to use this product but I will also get another fiber supplement that doesn't have so many questions surrounding it.

I’m gonna be honest, I feel for all the darn pop up ads I get on IG that this product would be absolutely amazing!! NOPE!! You definitely cannot just stir it up or put in a shaker cup.. even a blender.. it stays clumpy gooey and I don’t feel it does its job as a fiber. I know a much better product I get on here and I’ll go back to that!! That’s what I get for straying and believing the hype. DO NOT PURCHASE!

The taste isn’t the greatest. It is better with some kind of flavors. I used flavor packets and it helps me finish my drink better. It works very well. I’m disappointed there is no scoop. I don’t even know if I’m using the right measurement. It would be a good idea if they add the measurements on the container too.

Really like this fiber. I think the ingredients are so good and it’s gentle on my stomach. It does not mix into any liquids though; half the scoop of product mixes and the other half clumps into a ball and sinks and sticks in a glass. I’ve tried several different ways to mix it and all result in the same thing. I wish that was not the case because even though i love it, it’s a pain in the butt and kind of wasteful for that reason.

Since using this in my morning beverages, my nails have grown and are strong! Haven't been for years! My brother finds the fiber in it helpful. We are using it to help feed good probiotics in the gut. My nails were noticeable longer and stronger within two weeks! Hoping to heal leaky gut. Using this along with Colostrum LP and Glutagenics. Will update as food allergies continue to improve. Since using these three products I no longer have hives or anxiety attacks. Took a few weeks for this to happen. Suggest you look up information about glutamine before using Glutagenics. I don't have a problem with this, so far. To be clear, I'm not saying any of this is a cure just a happy side effect for my use!
