is this gluten free please?

I bought Dunn's River Mild Curry Powder because having read the ingredients I believe it is Gluten Free. I am Gluten and Lactose Intolerant but, not allergic. This is good for me and I use it often. However, I would always refer to the ingredients label on the product packaging for the correct ingredient information, if you are allergic to certain food groups or spices.

Whats the best before dates like? Heard its very poor?

It’s up to date but it comes with the seal open which I did not like as anyone could have tampered with it.
