I would suggest going up a size higher than recommended
I use this singlet for use in the gym when working on legs. It fits very snugly and feels comfortable. It's an XL (as recommended for somebody of my height and weight) but it is not that easy to put on, so I would recommend going up another size if you struggle. The cut does emphasise my man bits so I wear a pair of shorts over it.
