Smokey Mountain Herbal Long Cut – Wintergreen – 10 Can Box - Tobacco Free and Nicotine Free Snuff

I chewed tobacco for 50 solid years. Doctor prescribed a very expensive medication. It was more affordable to keep chewing. I couldn’t justify the cost for meds. I tried Smokey Mountain. WOW!!! I enjoyed the taste and did not suffer any nicotine withdrawal. I realized I still have a habit to quit as I still enjoy having the long cut between my cheek and gum. Now though, it’s food grade Smokey Mountain.

Great alternative to snuff

I couldn’t have quit without this! I have dipped for over 35 years, and I have wanted to quit but not been able to fight the urges. This product was a game changer. It’s not exactly the same, but close enough to flavor and texture that I was able to successfully satisfy the urges. I wish I had known about this years ago!

I'm 6 days into quitting tobacco, so I'm upset at everything and everyone in the world. I'm trying hard to not let my bad mood affect my review for this product. It's not smokey mountain's fault that I dipped snuff for 20 years. They're just the good folks trying to make a product that will help me stop a bad habit. It sucks. The flavor sucks, the texture sucks.. it just sucks. But, I'm comparing it to the sweet, satisfying and relaxing effect of the real thing. It's not even close to real snuff and you will know it the instant it hits your lip. It's really sticky and hard to get off of your fingers, and it doesn't produce that moist flavor in your mouth that real snuff does. The only thing it does do well is keep something in your lip so you can feed the physical/nervous addition while you focus on breaking the chemical/nicotine addiction. It stays packed better than coffee grounds, but the taste is only marginally better. Don't kid yourself and think that you can trick your brain into thinking this is a substitute for the real thing. You've got to know going into it that it's going to be tough and, in some ways, putting a pinch of herbal in your lip is only going to make you miss the real thing even more. I'm giving it 4 stars because it's the best non-tobacco substitute that I've tried, and I'm pretty sure that my negative opinion is strongly influenced by my overall attitude towards life at the moment. I hate everything right now.

I have been chewing for almost a good 30 years and I can say I was surprised by how could this was. Its a little sweet almost reminds me of how Hawken Chewing Tobacco was back in the 90s. If you are trying to quit Tobacco and do not mind something sweet give this a try has helped me.

Too pricey

Husband likes it. It helped him to quit chewing Copenhagen. No more nicotine!

Great alternative to dip. The flavor is pretty dang close to some brands out there, the burn is there, the flavor lasts a really long time too. I do however agree with others there are quite a few stems I've had at least a stem or a cluster of hard pieces in almost every pinch, however that isn't gonna stop me from using this and going back to dip. The seller shipped my order really quick and it came the next day. ZQUARED awesome job, keep it up!

I had been chewing real tobacco for over 30 yrs, insane tax hike forced me to rethink. This was perfect as I still had something in my mouth that had all the negative ingredients. No regrets fully recommend.
