I first discovered this product when I lived in Alabama, There is no kitchen in the state that does not have a bottle of Dale's in the cupboard. Dale's is DELICIOUS! Bama knows BBQ and this is it. Flavorful with no cholesterol, and gluten free, its a must for all meat eaters! It is an amazing marinade, delicious on all meat, great for gravy making and a soup additive. If you love flavorful food, you will love Dale's. Thank you Amazon, I searched the store shelves and could not find this in ANY local markets. Finally, daah I looked and here it was! No traffic, no parking, no weather issues, it came right to the door and It is soooo good.

I suspect most people buy steak sauce to add flavor to lesser cuts. Last night, I tried it on some block sirloin (try it if you can find it!) and it was just super. Has a somewhat soy flavor which I quite enjoyed. I'll stick to this from here on in.

Use this on Steaks and Chops ALL THE TIME!!! Learned about it 10 years ago in North Carolina. Moved back to PA and get this stuff shipped, because it's that good. EVERONE who has a steak at my house always asks how I get them to cook so well. The secret it leave your steak out of refrigerator for at least 1.5 hours, to get it to perfect room temp, then put marinade on sparingly for 10 to 15 minutes. Cook to taste. This is a soy based marinade and thus absorbs into meat fairly quickly as opposed to vinegar based marinades which eat away at meat and usually need at least 1 day to achieve similar results of DALE'S. It does NOT taste like Chinese food, there are a lot of different ingredients in this marinade not just soy, so don't think soy think Southern Marinade.

Use it sparingly. This stuff is definitely SOY forward and therefore, quite salty. Great for venison backstraps.

A friend of mine who started doing Keto (google it if you're unfamiliar) made some Instant Pot no-bread Philly Cheesesteak when I came over a while ago. It tasted so good that I asked her for the recipe and she said that the secret ingredient is Dale's steak seasoning so I bought a bottle to try. It really does make the recipe! I haven't used it for anything else but I'm sure that anyone who's a more creative cook than I am could use this to great effect elsewhere.

I'm glad I purchased this. I ordered 2 more after I tried it. My daughter (a chef) also liked it so I'm giving her a couple of bottles. Slight garlic taste to it. It is salty, but I like it. I will re-order as needed.

Best marinade there is. I wish you could buy it in the stores out here on the West Coast, but it's still worth every inflated penny in shipping & handling to keep some in my cupboard. It's great with beef, chicken & pork. Try it - you don't have to take my word for it. Use it once and you'll see.
