Resin Jewelry Box Molds With Heart Shape Silicone, Hexagon Storage and Square Epoxy for Making

This was the first set of molds I purchased to start my resin experiment. They were easy to fill, held their shape perfectly, and were very easy to release. The boxes fit together perfectly and make a nice, shiny box that is perfect for gifting or using. I have done more intricate molds after the success of these, and am so grateful that this is where I started. They are perfect little boxes and great, sturdy molds that release with ease. Perfect for what they are, exactly as described!

I liked using these and directions were easy to follow. I am spatially challenged so it was great to see the description on Amazon of where to pour the resin. The molds are nice and the end results were lovely. Make sure to remove any bubbles and push the resin to all edges. I did not do that on my first go and there are gaps in some kids. I will be fixing them. The boxes came out great though. I used toothpicks and popsicle sticks to marble it and spread out the resin. I suggest to over pour a bit as the tops don’t stay on as well if you don’t make the lip or edge more pronounced.

Really good quality mold. Easy to use and easy to clean. My only advice is to make sure you fill the mold for the top completely and be sure the resin makes it into the entire mold, or you end up with missing edges as you can kinda of see in the pictures. The second one I made I didn’t fill the mold for the top all the way and it didn’t develop the little groove that keeps it from slipping off. Other than that I highly recommend.

These silicone resin molds are really cool! I'm pleased that they're bigger than I'd expected, which makes them that much more useful. This set comes with three trinket box molds with lids: a hexagon, heart and square. They're pretty easy to use and really fun to experiment with. I like using mica powder and alcohol inks to add vibrant colors. The silicone is strong and durable, yet flexible, allowing the hardened mold to easily be removed. When you're dealing with inevitable air bubbles, use a heat gun or hair dryer to gently remove them before letting the mold harden. Make sure you're working in a well ventilated space. Just a note: this set does NOT come with any kind of instructions or tips, so I wouldn't get this if it's your first time using art resin, or if you're giving this as a gift to a beginner. Otherwise, it's a great silicone mold set for making homemade gifts!

These are a little small, which is what I wanted. The molds peeled off smoothly. My only issue is I've used the best one about 7 times and now the epoxy didn't like to spread around evenly. I have to use a stick to push it under the flap on the lid. Still turns out beautifully though and I'll continue to use them.

Very cool product. The molds are cute and of a good size. Very pleased with it.

Quality of mold is not great and using clear (high quality) resin made no difference. Surface finish is dull even using colour. Obviously $$$ paid make a difference, but still would have expected a pigmented mold reproduction wouldn’t be so bad-basically unusable. Good news-easily demolded
