Just bought this product for 2013 silverado because the 3rd light was broken in a storm. It was easy install and looks great. Here is before and after

Very happy with it, no issues, water tested and no leakage. LEDs are bright and the brake looks very nice. Most bad reviews are user error and bad installation so don’t be fooled.

EDIT: I submitted a replacement request with Amazon and I received a new light very quickly (2days). I reinstalled the new light and confirmed all lights are working correctly so far. Time will only tell if I just happened to have received a bad light the first time. I wanted to like this product. It was super easy to install and has a really clean look. The light is clear and bright. This is where the good ends. The problem with this light is when I hit my brakes, BOTH the white and red light illuminate. This is not good, much less safe for drivers behind me as I’m sure I’m blinding them. On top of the fact I’m pretty sure it is illegal to have white lights illuminated from the rear. I don’t know if this is a defect, or how the light was intentionally wired in the harness, but it is most definitely not right.

EDIT: Now after a month or so, it’s full of water too! Absolute garbage. I was really happy about this light at first. Looks great. Bed lights are BRIGHT but only come on when you twist the dome light/dimmer knob for some reason. Then after a few days, I noticed the white bed lights come on when you hit the brakes! confirmed it’s not a wiring issue with my truck. Brake light wire is the only wire getting 12v when the brakes are pressed.

Best light quality

Works as described! LED lights are super nice to have for the cargo light. It doesn't function as a running light but the looks make up for it! For 50 bucks its pretty solid!

This was probably the easiest product i've ever installed from amazon works so well hooks up so easy man ain't looks so good on the truck.
