Great product! Use this for assistance in detox and bloating.

LUV this stuff! I take 2 to 3 almost daily (not the 4-6 daily suggested during a cleanse). It's very gentle and it does not give me bad side effects of loose stools. Of course, I like that the ingredients are organic, therefore I'm not putting more chemicals in my bowel!

Works really great great products

I have a chronic health issue and react poorly to most cleanses. This total body cleanse has been amazing. It doesn't upset my digestive system or make me feel ill. In fact, I feel much lighter the next day after taking it. I seem to have begun to think a little more clearly too. I started with one pill because I'm usually too sensitive to recommended doses. But now I am able to take three pills, as recommended on the bottle.

Hubs and I wanted to do a cleanse that fit with our schedule and wasn't harsh but did the job. I found Banyan and watched a video provided in the product description. I respect a company that has transparency and tries to stay true to Ayurveda and it's benefits on the body. We did the cleanse and immediately felt a boost in energy. We really loved how we felt at the end of the cleanse and will use their other products in future.

All of this brand's products are the best. I found them through my website but it's easier to order here. Their site wouldn't accept my order a few times! But yes, this will clean you out and you should see a reaction after one day. A good healthy bowel movement.

Not helpful at all

I have been taking 2 tabs at night. I feel it’s helping me with flushing liver toxins, general light feeling in the morning, less bloating when I use this. The good (bitter) herbs used help in cleaning your blood and liver effectively, which date back to 1000s of years from Ayurvedic scriptures.
