Q: How long does it last?

This is the only nail glue I use.It stays on usually 2 weeks.I cover my entire nail with the glue and hold the acrylic for about 5 to 10 seconds.It adheres fast.

Q: Will this product work for a rip in a natural nail?

Yes, but if the rip is bad, you should use a teabag or silk wrap to provide structural support to the nail until it grows out. If it's just a small tear or rip on the side of the nail near the tip, it should be fine. The brush is especially helpful for controlling where the glue goes and not getting it all over.

Q: Is this product suitable for silk wraps

I have never used silk wrap, so I am unsure. If you glue a tip on and go from there, I would say that it would. The purpose of the glue is to secure the tip without extra glue running and this product uses a brush for precise application.

Q: Does this nail glue burn? After I use most nail glues my fingers start to itch and burn

I did not have that problem it brushes on easily and removes well with nail polish remover.
