In the morning, the purging begins -- I was never woken up in the middle of the night by this, although it might happen if you eat badly the same day. Don't be surprised if your movements are watery, that is the goal - this product breaks down the hardened / embedded matter in the intestines by liquefying all the waste matter. Unlike when you have diarrhoea, you don't feel weak after using this product - but you will need to use the toilet a few times a day, so be aware.When using this, its best to do it as a course for a week at least (ideally 2 weeks to a month) -- drink a LOT of water and/or no-sugar-added juices.
