I used this sling for my dog, Mello, after his TPLO surgery, and it was a lifesaver! The quality is excellent—well-made, sturdy, and comfortable to hold. Mello wasn’t thrilled about it at first (typical stubborn pup!), but it quickly became essential for helping him navigate stairs and get in and out of the car safely without putting strain on his healing leg. It also washes beautifully, which is a huge plus during recovery. I’m confident it’ll hold up perfectly when he has his other leg done next year. Overall, a solid, reliable purchase that makes recovery so much easier for both pet and owner. Highly recommend 🐾

My dog is a big 90-pound Pyr/Shepherd mix, and has arthritic hips and lower back. I have tweaked my own back trying to help him up our front steps, and on our walks, once he tires out (which is pretty quickly), his back legs give out and he ends up sitting and not able to stand up. This sling has helped so much! The size large is plenty big enough, and he got used to it pretty quickly. I’m tall (5’ 10”), and the straps are plenty long enough. I carry it with me when we are walking, and put it on as we are coming home and he’s done pottying. Just having the support helps him not collapse. Getting up the steps is super easy now - he is able to do most of the work while I provide the stability for his back legs. We practiced with it first in the house with treats and that seemed to help him get used to it. At first, he’d freeze like a statue if I put any tension on it, and I found I can’t “herd” him with it, but with the sling in my right hand and the leash in my left, I can use the leash to gently pull and he unfreezes. It took no time at all to get that process working well. It’s wide though and covers up his pieces parts, so I don’t use it through the entire walk or he would pee on it. It’s easy enough to slide it on and off though as needed - I just don’t need that level of assistance yet. He does have issues sometimes pooping and sitting down suddenly, so I am thinking we will try using the sling if we need to do that. It should be fine ergonomically if it comes to that. He also has a hard time on damp days getting up from lying on the hardwood floor (which he stubbornly insists upon doing in spite of rugs and his bed), and this helps me get him standing easily. The sling is sturdy - the straps are sewn on very well, and the sherpa lining is very soft. I haven’t had to wash it yet, but imagine that it will be easy to throw it in the washing machine with no problem. I am super grateful to have found this. I was at my breaking point with his back legs collapsing and the injuries I was sustaining getting him up the steps. We were having so many problems, I was fighting off deep fear for how to continue to care for him. Having the sling to help him with his walks also helps him the rest of the time, because he hasn’t had to overwork himself. It has certainly changed the dynamic of his care, This is a wonderful product and I highly recommend it!

We have a 13 year old Standard Schnauzer with hip dysplasia and pancreatitis. LOOBANI Dog Sling is perfect. Occasionally, he can walk up the stairs without assistance. If he needs assistance, the sling works perfectly! Just enough to give him a little lift. The fleece lining is very soft. We need to be gentle on his belly due to the pancreatitis, while assisting him with his back hips. Thank you LOOBANI!

Doesn’t work like I thought it would, too big for my Blue Heeler.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this product. I have an aging, arthritic Siberian Husky and a new-to-me Nissan Rogue. He had no issues getting in our previous sedan, but the SUV was just too high for him to be able to jump into on his own, so for a while after getting this car, he just didn’t get to go as many places. We tried portable stairs and a folding ramp with little to no success prior to finding this product. The stairs he wouldn’t use. They were a little steeper than he was comfortable with and not quite as firm. The ramp, he would come down from the car, but he would NOT walk up it to get into the car. The Loobani? Worked instantly. There was no learning curve for my dog, it’s just grab and go. Literally. He has no discomfort at all with this, whereas he did when I was picking him up without it. It’s amazing as far as space. The folding stairs didn’t take up half the car like the ramp did, but the Loobani fits perfectly in a pocket on the back seat cover, making it not only super space efficient, but also really easily accessible, which is important if you have a dog who is as eager as mine for both car rides to get into the car and walks for getting out of the car. I coupled the Loobani with a nice padded harness for him, so I can just pick him up entirely. It’s a lot easier than him having to struggle to clamor into the car with his front feet. The interior of the Loobani is also padded with fleece, much like our x-back harnesses meant for pulling, so I don’t worry about his comfort when I lift him. The Loobani is also wide enough that it doesn’t put too much pressure on any one point, so it’s never uncomfortable for him. Overall, the Loobani has been a game changer. It’s granted my old man the ability to go on adventures with ease, all while being extremely user friendly and taking up the bare minimum of space. If you’ve tried the other dog car accessibility items and they haven’t worked out quite like you want, try out the Loobani! It’s so much better than anything else we tried, and I promise it won’t disappoint!

Don’t waste your time or money with the other walkabout slings. I bought the more expensive one thinking it would be easier and or better than this simple sling. NOT!! The other sling got all urinated on compromising my dog’s bandages after her bilateral TPLO surgery. Used this one and it was definitely far much easier to use and no issues wetting the bandages. My dog is a girl. Maybe if I had a boy the walkabout sling would be better? But not in this case. Definitely recommend this sling!

Very good to easily and inexpensively help relieve your dogs weight. For us its perfect for helping our older dog up the stairs at the end of the night to go to bed with us. He has ACL problems with his rear legs so this works excellent and helps him get up with ease. He waits for it every evening.

Sem duvidas é o melhor suporte que encontrei, minha cachorra passou por uma cirurgia e ainda esta sem andar 100% sozinha entao procurei muito um acessorio que pudesse me ajudar a carregar ela e que nao fosse incomodo nem pra mim nem pra ela, e esse é de otima qualidade a parte interna é peluciada super confortavel, costuras reforçadas, as alças tem regulagem, indico demais foi um otimo custo beneficio em comparação com outros modelos que achei vendendo, minha cachorra é uma golden de 9 anos e pesa 35kg suportou normalmente, peguei o tamanho LARGE que seria o GRANDE, e chegou antes da data prevista.

Llego en buen estado, lo pedi para mi perrito que ya es mayor y a veces le cuesta pararse. Es de muy buena calidad, por dentro esta calientito y tiene borreguito, tiene una bolsita para poder cargarlo. Lo unico es que la correa de agarre esta muy larga y a veces es un poco incomodo usarla, pero fuera de eso es buen producto

This has been really great. It makes lifting my elderly dogs rear legs up to get it up off the floor as well as to assist it in the car. Fantastic and gently on my dog and super easy to use. Makes it so much easier in assisting my dog up
