Tapioca! Organic! Yes!
I love tapioca desserts, and this is the only organic version I could find. I made some great pudding with it. I do hope they will also offer the same product in different pearl sizes for other types of recipes.

Good Alternative
We used this to replace my family's known brand as a stand alone dessert. It does seem to take a little higher dry ratio to liquid but the flavor is nice so it worked out fine.

Great way to start the day.
I use this to stay on my low carb diet and to get my pills down in the morning. Bananas are WAY too fattening as is all that applesauce...with or without added sugar! Nope...this with a little bit of egg and milk and monk fruit is a good way to start the day and take care of the monster pill problem...at least for me. 2 problems SOLVED! S.

Great for fruit pies!
I recently discovered that my mother's recipe for cherry pie relies on "instant" tapioca for thickening. Not having any on hand, I tried an alternative thickening method from an old cookbook, but even though the results tasted fine, the texture wasn't nearly as nice and the process was both tedious and time consuming. With the quick-cooking tapioca, a cherry pie couldn't be easier -- just stir it into the canned cherries, and the filling cooks and thickens while the pie bakes. I was glad to find an organic brand, but the high price makes me hesitate to make tapioca pudding, since it would use three times as much tapioca per serving, so I've subtracted one star for that.

Certified gluten free
This is the first certified gluten free tapioca I’ve been able to find! Works great and easily makes pudding.

Very tasty!
This packet makes very tasty tapioca pudding. The container is small, however, and I'm getting about 3 batches from 1 bag. I wish the twin-pack was available.
