Works Great for Sensitive Document Storage
Added stick on Velcro to the storage pouch, and now all of the license and insurance documents I have for my boat are stuck to the inside of the ignition and stereo door safely right below the helm.

Profound Waterproofness
Got this item recently to protect letters I place on my curbside mailbox from the rain. So far, they seem just the ticket.

Just what I needed
This was a perfect addition to my emergency kit - the dry pouches will help keep things together and dry in the event that I ever actually need to use those kits. Easy to use, good storage, very functional. Also I liked the color option.

Worked good for a long time!
I use these in a go bag and for camping to put stuff in I don't want to get wet. They have held up good for a long time of pretty hard use but I did have one develop a hole in it near the seam at the top. I would just recommend checking it before you go swimming or something to make sure there weren't any holes but in general for a bag where you just want to keep rain out of stuff or if you bag takes a quick dunk in a creek these work great. If you want 100% waterproof like your life depends on it... you might want to think hard case plus inner waterproof bag. These guys can only hold up so long because of the material. If you are super concerned consider double bagging for added safety. Again, for most normal rain or splash proofing these work just fine.

Okay if you don't plan on opening often
I was really excited when I first got these, as the material is very thick and seems very durable. The largest one fits my Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro (10.5 inches) with a case on very nicely. The medium one I use to store an external charger that is a little bigger than a wallet that is full along with a couple cords and other wires. The smallest one fits a phone. I found the velcro on these to be very hard to get apart, which I thought could be useful since they are supposed to be durable water resistant bags. These zipper than fold a few times then velcro shut. They aren't completely clear, they have a slight fogginess to them but you can see into them. Since I use the medium one often to carry around cords and my charger, I do open and close it quite a lot. unfortunately, and I think due to the extreme strength of the velcro, the bag ripped in spots along the yellow lining edges and eventually across the entire yellow line (see pictures). Rendering this useless to protect electronics against water. If you want cheaper bags that you don't plan to open and close often, these will definitely work. I still use the larger bag for my tablet when needed. If you plan to use these often like I did with my medium bag, then keep searching and maybe spend a few more bucks for a more durable product. It lasted a while before ripping but I am going to toss the medium one and search for an alternate product that will last with use.

As described and now have had the unfortunate experience of getting very wet but what was in the pouch was perfectly dry. Have used for storing the registration papers on my motorcycle and for a mobile phone to keep dry and clean when out on the jet ski.

And yep, you can operate a tablet or phone inside them in the water. The water-tightness depends on the amount of effort you put into making sure the seals are well folded, attached and tied down. You get out what you put in, effort wise. But they are a remarkable step up from a reusable sandwich bag (or two). Even if you don't intend to use your phone inside the water, but plan to spend time with it with you in or near water these are a great idea. Just make sure you measure your tablet carefully, and understand that the measurements the manufacturer gives may or may not take into account the pitches are pretty much 2-dimensional when empty, but you're putting a 3-dimensional object inside. Also make allowance for the roll-down and the large lock panel at the top - this may or may not be included in the "capacity" measurements provided. Read the description carefully - some refer to 11" meaning the diagonal measurements, some mean 11" along the long side, etc.

There was a good variety of sizes and good quality. I took them on vacation where it was always rainy and they kept my stuff dry. They also had a cord on it so you could put it around your neck.
