Not one drop!
I've been dealing with a crack near the bottom of my fuel tank on my 79 Jeep J10 for a long time. I took the fuel down low so the crack would be dry. I cleaned it up with sandpaper and made sure it was dry. At first I thought this product was tough to knead, as it was but it's worth it. At first it seems like it's not bonding but over maybe 1 minute I could tell it was getting stickier and stickier. I got it where I needed it to be and wow was it clearly adhering. Not one drop has leaked through after setting. This is what I'll always use from now on. It shut down a full big crack completely. It is rock solid. Huge fan.

Sticky to fingers
Not hard to use, in the cold it will be hard to mix. Need to warm it up. Also has a tendency to stick to fingers as you apply it.

Does not stick to Leaky area
It says that you can apply to wet will instantly seal leak Etc. Does not work does not seal the leak and does not stick. Complete waste of money and waste of time. If you do not clean the area perfectly probably will not work and may not even work then. Total crap don't buy

Not for plastic tanks
Not sure how other reviews got this to work on plastic, but it did not on mine. Maybe i didn't sand the plastic good enough, but since this dries hard as a rock i don't see it holding up on a lawn tractor tank with all the vibration it is subjected to. I'm giving it 3 stars because i don't believe it is meant for plastic and it was easy to work with. I think it will adhere to metal much better.

Works as advertised for gas tank
I had this on hand when I got a gas tank puncture on some road waste—Gasoline was leaking in a steady drizzle through a pea-sized hole under the back of my car. I mixed the putty as instructed, and pressed it firmly against and into the hole. Not only did the gasoline immediately stop spewing, but as advertised the patch was rock solid after just two hours. This is a permanent fix that has now held up fir several months without needing to apply another layer.
