I love this product. My nails and hair are significantly better and when I tried a different supplement I was disappointed. I went back to taking this one. My energy is up and I thrilled it is iron-less as iron tends to be hard on my stomach. I will say that this NEEDS to be taken with a full glass of water, I would split the dose across your day, and you DO NOT need to take a full dose to get the results you would like. Three to four pills was perfectly sufficient for me as an otherwise healthy adult in my mid-thirties. I highly recommend, even with the brightly yellow results in the bathroom!

Well, I haven't had time yet to see the effect of the vitamins since I've only been taking them for a short time. From what I know, they seem good because they were highly recommended.

These are the best vitamins I have ever tried. I have arthritis and use these as part of an all natural regimine which has made me virtually pain free! I have tried switching back to less expensive vitamins, but the pain always returns... So these are well worth the money to me. The other thing I dislike is having to take six of them every day, but once again the advantages outweigh the trouble of swallowing six pills!! I feel great when I take them and can immediately tell the difference in my energy level on the rare days when I forget. I highly recommend this product!

It's somettimes hard to find a multi-vitamin without iron and the Metagenics vitamins are good quality. I feel better since taking them and will continue to use them.

This is probably the best multivitamin on the market. I take just one each day but if my energy level is a bit low in the middle of the day I take another. Worth every penny.

BEST Vitamins on the internet - this product was told to me by an acupuncturist and I have been buying it ever since. They help with energy and needed vitamins that I need as I dont eat the greatest.

My amazing Dr rec these and the brand is great. However the pills are huge and you have to take 6(!!) for a full dosage.
