Was worried about the various reviews about this shirt being too tight so I opted to buy a size larger (L instead of M). I'm kind of happy with the result, but maybe should have stuck to my sizing chart and gotten the M. The shirt feels nice and tight, but not "compressive tight" which would be good for surgery or injury recovery. As a matter of fact, I actually was hoping to use this shirt as an alternative to a waist binder I'm using for an oblique injury. It's not tight enough for that (at least the L size on my body) and the shirt does run a little longer than I expected. Still the quality of the shirt is very nice, and I don't mind using it as an under layer, as well as a straight up gym / jogging shirt on warmer days. I had absolutely no problem putting the shirt on over my head. Some reviews made it seem impossible. Once again, maybe my shirt is a little big for me? It was pretty easy and nothing out of the ordinary at all. If you're a smaller guy like I am, perhaps buy the M to get that super tight fit. The L (the one I have) is good enough to be a very tight-fitting shirt, but not "medical" tight as advertised. It's also very flattering as a shirt as it sticks to the all the contours of your shape; for good and bad depending on the circumstances. Review: Fits - Product is amazing it fits and it shapes you perfectly, softness to skit

Size runs a little smaller than some other brands but very nice product
Very nice product and nice material. Every brand fits a bit different so if I had a recommendation for anyone about to purchase this type of item with this brand...order 1 size up from the size you normally wear. This brand fits tighter than some others. While you want them to be tight, your regular size you may find a little TOO tight.

Works as advertised.
I have a friend who recommended this garment. He wears a large in normal clothing, he got a large in this garment. Plus my wife had noticed I was looking a little 'fluffy' lately due to being laid up from the surgery and the medication causing some weigh gain. So here I am with this garment. The sizing: If you wear a T-shirt that's still slightly loose and not real snug - get the size in that T-shirt size. For example, you wear a, say, XXL T-shirt and is not exactly form fitting and snug but still very slightly loose and almost snug then in this garment get a size XXL. In this case if you go with a larger size its going to be a little less effective, remember, its the compression of the material here that's going to provide the effect and if you get a size larger than you need its going to be less compression thus less effect. However, some people might want, for some reason, a size smaller than what I've described here. But judging from my use a smaller size will not necessarily mean more effective. I wear a XXL in a T-shirt and because of the weight gain I mentioned its gotten more snug so like my friend advised I got an XXL in this garment but he also let me try one of his large sizes and it was really snug but I can tell you that although there was a more 'compression feeling' in the snugness it did not necessarily shape better then my XXL size. Putting it on: The instructions that come with it say you put it on by stepping into the neck opening then pulling it up your body. I'm not sure why they gave those instructions because its not really needed to do that. The garment can be put on normally as you would a snug tighter fitting T-shirt, you will need to work the lower portion of the garment down towards the waist but its not hard to do and is very easy and similar to what you would do with a very snug fitting 'compression' sports wear T-shirt (e.g. Under Armour 'compression' T-shirts). If you follow the instructions by stepping into the neck opening then pulling it up your body, if you must it can be done that way but its not really necessary if you sized correctly. Comfort: Its not uncomfortable, might take a little getting used to for some people but I didn't have any problem and after a few minutes of wear I kinda, a little, forgot it was there. Material and workmanship: Have not seen anything wrong with it yet. Seems to be decent quality material and put together well. Really 'stretchy' General use observation: Its not going to turn your body into looking like that of the guys in the pics shown with this product. I doubt they had an ounce of excess weight on them to begin with and they probably didn't need a 'shaping' garment. Of course I did not expect this to happen, I just wanted a less, lets call it, 'fluffy' appearance. I underwent some surgery and have been laid up for a bit and the medication has a side effect of slowing my metabolism so I gained some weight. But I will recover and the medication won't be needed any longer so I'll be able to get back to my normally more active life style and eventually I'll drop the weight but I am hitting that slide into senior years and once the weight comes on for older guys it can be difficult to get rid of completely.

It was more satisfying to throw them away than to try to return them.
I recently bought a 3-pack of these because I was attending a wedding and wanted to look my best. I put the white one on the proper way, lifting from the bottom like a dress might do. I tweaked at it for 5-10 minutes to see if I could get the most out of it. I'm very tall and around 300 lbs right now. The way I wear the weight it's not obvious how bad my weight problem is. Mainly I just look thick around the middle. Bottom line, with a cotton t-shirt on over the undershirt, I actually look fatter than I am. It didn't reduce any of my belly pudge, and since it didn't slide smoothly under the cotton if the tee, it just accentuated my belly, making it look bigger and more round. Under a loose t-shirt my love handles kinda disappear from the front, but the shapewear was causing the tee to cling to my sides as well, accentuating just the FAT. So this product does literally the opposite of what it claims. I'm currently on a weight loss journey (down 17 lbs and counting), and I couldn't help but laugh at how terrible this product is. It was further motivation to change my body and not just what I'm wearing. Comfort: 2/10 Functionality: 0/10 Looks: 1/10 Value for money: -10/10 I thought of returning them, but it felt a little better to just dump them in the trash.

Good Compression Shirt, But Not a "Shaper" Misleading Description
I have to dock stars here due to what I feel is false advertising. The product title specifically states "Body Shaper Slimming Tummy Vest," but this is really just a compression shirt and there's a significant difference. If you compare this to some of the "name brand," actual shapers out there, you'll see pretty quickly that this is not a genuine shaper. The Good: Great value for a 3-pack at this price point I like being able to get different colors. Quality construction seems solid and durable Very tight fit against the body, but surprisingly not uncomfortable to wear Discreet under most clothing. You can't tell it's there unless you're wearing a very light-colored, see-through shirt The Bad: Not slimming whatsoever, just tight compression I purchased this hoping it would smooth out slight love handles and provide a slimmer midsection under certain outfits, but it completely fails in that department It compresses directly to your skin rather than reshaping or smoothing anything out The description claims it will "help hide a beer belly." I don't even have a beer belly, but I can confidently say this would NOT work for that purpose. If you're looking to minimize or conceal a midsection, look elsewhere. To me, this is essentially a glorified compression tank top. It does what a compression shirt does, nothing more, nothing less. The manufacturer should remove "Shaper" from the listing and market it honestly as a compression tank. If you want actual shaping or slimming effects, this isn't it. If you just want a tight compression layer, it's decent quality for the price. I can't speak to what it's like to wear during workouts just yet, but I have worn one for the majority of the day, and it wasn't uncomfortable.

Men’s Compression Shirt (3-Pack)
I bought this set of compression shirts with certain expectations, and I have to say they did not disappoint. They come in a pack of three, which is great value for the price. The material is stretchy, firm, and comfortable—perfect for wearing under everyday clothes or during workouts. The fit is snug but not uncomfortable. It helps flatten the stomach and gives the torso a more toned appearance. It also improves posture, which was an unexpected bonus. I like that the design is discreet; it looks like a regular tank top and doesn’t show under other clothing. Overall, I would recommend this product to any man who wants extra abdominal support, a more defined silhouette, or simply to feel more confident about their appearance. Pros: • Good compression and support • Comfortable for daily use • Invisible under clothing • Great value for money Cons: • Can be a bit hard to put on/take off at first • Important to choose the right size so it’s not too loose or overly tight

Great buy
Husband lost a lot of weight. He loves these because they hold everything in place. They’re thick with some stretch to them and he says they don’t ride up. Have been washed several times and seem to be a good quality. Not scratchy and able to be pulled down to cover top of his pants.
