I like oils for wearing. Why smell like every other guy that goes to the department store. As a single Father? I want women to remember me and not some bitter past relationship memories that a department store cologne can bring. I have a deep and abiding love for all things peppery. The smell of black pepper is one of the smells that I never get tired of. When I received my package I was a little nervous at first. The post man or someone in the distribution route had torn one of my packages. Stretched another. Both packages were presents for my daughter and I know from experience the horror of a smashed oil bottle. I was so happy to see that the packaging was stronger than most. Then an amazing thing happened. I opened my package, gave my daughter the bubble wrap and unscrewed the lid. Fresh cracked pepper without any sneezing. I was concerned it would have the undertone that ground pepper has. Nice, but with that musty what ever it is smell mixed in. The smell is everything I had hoped for. It smells like the black pepper it is supposed to be. Fresh. Clean. Masculine. This by far is one if the most masculine scents I have experienced. My daughter asked me, "Mmmm Daddy, whats that smell." This is an all around winning purchase. After twenty four hours I plan on smelling it again and mixing it. I have much excitement about pairing this with Virginian cedar. So? Great packaging. I received it earlier than I expected. The quality is way better than most. I feel a subtle warmth where I applied the lotion I mixed it in, so I would definitely say that it is in fact therapeutic grade. If you are new to the therapeutic uses of oils, they have a neat insert too. I am surprised they have not added pepper to their arthritis section. So? All in all I am very, very pleased. Update - One con after 5 hours the smell fades significantly.

This oil is fantastic!!! We have a 5 yr old son who suffers from eczema and a 7 yr old daughter who has low iron so whenever she scratches, her skin will welt for about an hour then disappear. She has a major habit of doing it to her face which is embarrassing when in public. So I read this is calming can clear sinuses and ease nasal congestion. I tried it for my son who is constantly under nasal strife. Put it in his bath water each night and it helps him breathe so much more which I also add lavender for his eczema. Now my daughter, I added this oil and washed her face while in her bath, Her skin did not itch anymore. I never read about this helping with itching but it helps them both. I went on the site for this brand of oil and found all different types which totals 164 bottles is $499. I was set back by the price but I am buying them the moment we free up income to splurge on it. I am now a trusted user. No negative review on here will ever stop me from buying this again. There have been no outbreaks no irritations and believe me our children all have some kind of skin condition that keeps us in Walgreens & their pediatrics ofiice but this works for their dad who who suffers from psoriasis, our 14 yr old son who has a constant flare up on the back of his neck which his dermatologist is stumped by; this works to soothe it and when I used it in a bath I noticed it removed a plethora of dirt and I find myself not to be filthy by far, I bathe with Dove but after using this it shocked me once I saw my bath water. All I'm saying is it works for my entire household. There are 8 of us and we swear by it. I also boiled water added a few drops of this & had one of our sons who was sick with a cold hold his head over the steam, man when he sat up after leaning over it for 2 minutes, the mucus was running out of his nose like crazy and he was able to breath clearly. It lasted only a few hours but we repeated the process and it helped him a lot.

I purchased turmeric oil because I had read about its ability to help with arthritic pain: and I have two family members that live with quite a bit of pain on a regular basis. One of them has osteoarthritis in his knees and the other has rheumatoid arthritis in his hands, wrists, elbows and knees. They apply a 2% dilution to the affected areas a few times a day. And while they are certainly not pain free, there has been some improvement. It hasn't reduced the swelling, but there is some relief from pain which has resulted in increased mobility. (Be sure to rub it in thoroughly; it will take a few minutes for the oily feel to disappear.) This oil should not be used without first diluting it with carrier oil. I mix the turmeric oil with cold pressed sweet almond oil. A good rule of thumb is to use a 2% to 3% dilution. That amounts to approximately 12 to 15 drops of essential oil to 1 oz. of carrier oil. Be sure to keep it in a dark amber bottle and away from light. Just so that it doesn't come as a surprise, I should tell you that it really doesn't have a nice scent. The good news is that once you rub it in, the scent dissipates quickly - you won't get any strange looks from anyone in your office or at the grocery store. Note: 5 star ratings for this company's products are questionable. They will send an email to you offering a complimentary product if you post a review. If you give the item fewer than 5 stars they will ask what they can do to change it to 5 stars. I told them that my review was based solely on the product's performance and not upon anything they had done. As a result, I never received a complementary product - which really isn't an issue for me. What I have a problem with is the practice of "buying" a particular rating. I rely on fellow reviewer's opinions to help me decide whether or not to make a purchase; and I write reviews in order to do the same for others. If companies are buying ratings, it defeats the whole idea behind reviews. They will become worthless.

I love the smell of fresh dill. It's so green and full of vitality. This dill essential oil smells just like fresh dill, but not pickles. It's something different for my diffuser to give my place a lift.

My first purchase of Edens Garden Oils was the lavender. I was looking for a 100% pure oil. I was a little spectacle being that its a reasonable low price and that well come on-purchasing online is not the same as in person. You have to go by gutt feeling and the positive reviews which plays a big role on online purchasing. Well OH am I pleased I followed my gutt. This is why I am writing this review. As soon as I recieved my lavender, which came two days of ordering. Once you open that top OH you can distinctly smell that it is a pure lavender oil. It comes with a neat book as described that gives you a background of each particular oil and its uses. It has a built in droplet top so you can easily use and not spill. I was also surprised that a day later I recieved a phone call from the actual retailer asking how I felt about the product and if I was pleased. She also asked for an email for discounts on future purchases. Since then I have purchased Ylang Ylang which blends lovely with my Lavender. Tumeric, Patchouli and Clove have been added to my collection. I highly believe the retailer when they label 100% pure. My son suffers from eczema and these oil mixes have been a great use. I also have had recent surgery and my scar is getting lighter and swelling has gone drastically gone down with the mix of clove with tumeric and I dilute with 100% coconut oil that I purchased elsewhere. I love my oils and I thank god I followed my gutt and found Edens Garden Essential Oils. My next purchase will be the 14 bottle of 10ml synergy blends. I cant wait for that. All in all 5stars on delivery, customer service and product. For those who complain about scent its all on self opinion. Scents vary from person to person. Every oil has their distinct aroma. Whatever oil you purchase that is what it will smell like. Like my clove yea it smells just like clove as does tumeric smells of tumeric. Your getting what your purchasing.

I am absolutely in LOVE with Edens Garden EO. I started as a YL customer but just couldn't swallow the prices anymore! I read up on these oils for more than a week before purchasing. I also wrote an e-mail to the company and basically asked them to sell me on their oils and why I should choose them over the other companies out there. I was EXTREMELY satisfied and put at ease by their response and information. These are 100% pure oils folks.. First distillation, non GMO, Organic and Affordable! The main difference between them and YL? 1) They don't own their own crops, they purchase from other growers. The plants they use are native to where they are grown and the growers they purchase from are still checked often for quality control and to ensure they are getting organic product. 2) Because they only sell direct through their website or from Amazon (no pyramid scheme) They are able to sell the oils at cost without bumping the prices to pay for additional salesmen etc.. basically, they have a lot fewer "hands to feed" than YL which makes them much more affordable. I am not bashing YL oils at all, they sell some high quality stuff! Like I said, my pocket book just couldn't handle it anymore. Now through Edens Garden, I get the same quality oil, but I can buy 3 for the price of 1 YL oil. I'm sorry.. but some of these oils are specifically for function, not necessarily fragrance. They aren't all going to smell like nectar from heaven. (and they aren't going to smell the same to everyone.. my mom thinks my rosewood oil smells like pepper, but I personally LOVE the fragrance.) it just depends on the kind of plant you're extracting the oil from. Hardly a reason to discredit the company. I now have almost 20 of their oils and have loved every one of them! Can't wait to buy more.
