I'm already a Puffcuff convert. I use them all of the time especially on wash days. My black one recently broke on wash day which was an absolute emergency so I ran to Amazon to grab this kit. I chose this because for only $2 more than on cuff, I got two other essential items. I love the Puffcuff mini picks. I've already got about three of them. I keep them in my purses and in my bedroom and in my car so that I always have something to either pick my hair when it's out or scratch my scalp whey in protective styles with ease. Getting another pic with this kit was a bonus. Also, even though I have several edge brush/comb combos, this is the only silicone edge brush that I've ever seen! I love that it's silicone because most of those brushes can be really damaging to your edges. The silicone has the same effect while being gentle on your edges and just feeling much higher quality. Now I understand why they sell these. To get both of these items along with a new puff cuff for only two extra dollars was a win!

I love these Puff Cuff clamps. They’re gentle on my natural hair and give me a secure hold without the pain, pulling, or breakage I’ve experienced with other accessories. I bought all the different sizes so I can create a variety of styles depending on my mood.

So I received my product yesterday. I was VERY excited to get it! I tried to use it several times and for some reason it did not work for me. I posted a comment on the Facebook Page of PuffCuff. It was not negative at all but apparently it was not the "GOOD" review that she wanted. I posted that I had just received my puffCuff but it was not working for me at all and maybe that I was doing something wrong. The next day my comment had been deleted. So instead of her reaching out to me to offer suggestions or to see why it wasn't working she just dismissed it all together. What kind of customer service is that? I even sent her private message after I noticed that it was deleted and there was NO response. She's making all these posts on her page how she wants people to provide feedback etc but really what she means is she only wants positive feedback. I am sending this product back mostly on the sucky customer service. If someone would have at least reached out to me I would have been happy to give it another try. I value good customer service and unfortunately a lot of business's lack it these days especially a lot of black businesses and I try to support small black business's as much as possible but the attitudes, lack of professionalism and customer service usually sucks! I would not suggest purchasing this item unless you are fine w/ giving your money to a business that does not really care about its customers!! I will keep MY hard earned money!!! UPDATE: The owner did end up replying to my message and this is what she said: "I'm trying to launch a new product and would like public post to be as positive as possible" So there you have it. If she is filtering her reviews based on POSITIVE only then she is being dishonest. I like to read both positive AND Negative reviews when purchasing products. Be weary of companies that only show positive reviews. They are possibly filtering all the bad ones out. That is NOT good a good business practice. At least this is one honest review that she can't delete. UPDATE 3/9/14: I decided to post part of my reply that I gave to another person so that people can see my actual review on the product. One of the things stated that this product would not do was pull at your hair. My hair got tangled in this thing every single time I tried it. It reminded me of those old school banana clips and those always got tangled in my hair. This is no different, its just round. This size was way too big and bulky and when I got it on to how I thought I may like it, it was just too tight and pulling at my edges. When I put it on loser, it was worst. So yes most of this review was about her customer service because I feel that is just as important too, but the product was certainly not worth the money either, it DOES pull hair and get tangled in the teeth and it was no different than a lot of other products like this that don't work. I have since found something that actually works and my puffs are amazing! The cost is a lot cheaper and it doesn't tangle or pull my hair. Hope this helps.

Quality product

These work well enough, but I find myself constantly going back to the cheaper one I bought before. I was hoping these would be better, but they're harder to clip closed. It's nice to have size options, and that's the main benefit of the puff cuffs. The cheaper brand only has one size.

Love my Puff Cuffs! Bought my 1st set in 2016 after my big chop. They were the large, and I still have them. I did another big chop 2024 and wanted the medium ones for the grow out.. They do not tear my hair out, and are tension free.. My trick is to do your Puff with a hair tie, then wrap the cuff around the puff and remove the hair tie.

Very expensive for a piece of plastic that breaks. It does what it’s supposed to do but it breaks. This is the third one that I’ve had and they have all broken. I wouldn’t mind re-buying them if they weren’t so expensive.

Works well for black people kinky hair. Love it. This is what I always use for my puff and it doesn't squeeze

Good hair clamp holds my curly hair in place without damaging your hair strands just as long you place hair out of the way of the clips joining together.

Price sensitive but worth it. 2nd purchase as my thick growing 4 a/b hair finally broke it but I used it regularly for about 2 years so far enough. For that high or low puff it’s perfect

Remplace le banana clip pas très résistant pour les cheveux épais. Très pratique facile d'utilisation. Afro facile à faire avec un puff cuff. Ne tire pas les cheveux ne les casse pas. Génial.
