No, the head is chrome plated zinc alloy and the handle is aluminium.

Yes, best type of razor I have ever used! You can achieve a much closer shave but just take it slow and use plenty of soap. Also, change the blade after almost every use.

Which Country is this made in?

Unfortunately the razor didn't come in a branded package but rather a cardboard roll. Unfortunately, again, it does not have the made in country on the product either, however, I am aware Lord is a Egyptian razor brand and the product is a good quality so I have my doubts if this was made in China, if that is what you are checking (which I completely understand)

How long is the handle please in cm?

The handle on mine is exactly 104mm long (10.4cm)
