Really good, I feel energized and my inmune system is improved.

I use it to help with osteoporosis, not sure if it made a difference yet. Hopefully, I will see benefits on the next bone scan. This has no flavor and did not bother my stomach.

Good add to vitamin regime

I've read a lot of info that says boron is an important supplement so I purchased this and started using it. I honestly cannot say if I notice any effect from it so giving 3 star because neither good nor bad. Nutricoast products have always been reliable so I trust the brand and the number of caps for the price seems like a good value. Been taking it about 2 months so far. It's a small investment for this and if you are looking at adding Boron to your supplements this is probably OK. Give it a try, YMMV.

Sentí efecto de inmediato solo tomar mucha agua y tomarlo con los alimentos ya que si afecta algo alos riñones si estás mal de los riñones no tomarlo fuera de eso es buen producto
