All lycopene should be gel caps. Some multivitamins have it but it’s such a small amount it’s not enough. But a high quality pill like this one

I was allergic to it and couldn't walk after taking two of them. (I'm allergic to tomatoes, but I thought this would just be the part I wasn't allergic to).

Without analysis of the contents it is impossible to give an accurate review. That said these tabs look ok. I've not had any adverse reaction, the strength as marked on the bottle is suitable, and the colour of the tabs look ok.
