Very nice, works well, and excellent large work surface.

My mid twenties son loves to cook & bake plus make his own fresh pizza dough. He was delighted to get this as a surprise and thought the additional measurements and all the helpful lines on the mat are cool! He likes that he’ll be able to use this vs sterilize and use his granite countertop instead for rolling out things to bake etc. I kept this or one other one myself as need to have cooking wars as he lives on the East Coast. Now we can go head to head with pizza crust and cookies with our FaceTiming!

I love to bake and this is my "go-to" pastry mat every time that I do bake. Very nice quality material and so easy to clean and store away after use. I highly recommend it.

I used this mat for Xmas cookies this past Xmas. It came in good condition. Nice big size but not too big, it fit perfectly on my counter. The mat was easy to clean. No color or ink came off. No odors or odd taste passing to cookie dough. Cookie dough came off easy and rolling out the dough was easy. The mat didn’t really move at all but I did put my container of flour and sugar on 2ends out of habit and for easy reach of the flour to place a small amt on the mat before rolling out the dough. I hope the mat holds up for many years.

This silicone pastry baking mat has been such a great addition to my kitchen! The 28x20 inch size is ideal for rolling dough, shaping pastries, and prepping baked goods—it fits perfectly over my stovetop and creates a smooth, non-slip workspace. The non-slip surface is excellent; even when I’m working with heavier doughs, it stays in place with no slipping or sliding. While the measurement markings are a great idea in theory, they’re not super easy to read on the grey mat I ordered. It’s still a helpful feature, but I sometimes have to squint or double-check my measurements. Cleaning can also be a little tricky due to the mat's large size—it’s a bit of a challenge to rinse off in my standard sink. However, wiping it down with a damp cloth and soap gets the job done. Overall, this mat is such a convenient tool for baking, and the pros definitely outweigh the cons. It’s earned its spot in my kitchen for sure! 🧑‍🍳

I acquired this mat in this size to fit exactly on the clear depth of my countertop and to accommodate my rolling pin. The construction is substantial, so the mat is stays where placed, doesn't tend to curl as dough is rolled, and doesn't lift from the counter when a pie dough is lifted from the mat. The mat is marked with concentric circles from 5" to 13" diameters in 1" increments, and it has some information on weight (gram-ounce) and measure conversions (gram-cup) and oven temperatures (℉, ℃) for temperature descriptions from "very cool" through "moderate" to "very hot". HOWEVER: I was tempted to knock off a star in my rating because the photos do not show that the middle fiberglass mesh layer is shiny—sort of like gold lamé—and the size of the mesh is similar to the size of the text. As a result, it is rather difficult to read the text information on the mat. But I didn't, because it's still a pretty damn good mat.

My wife decided to pick up baking, so this was a perfect gift. Works really well, and easy to clean up, and is worth the value.
