My new Bormioli Fido Rocco 28 oz sealing jar is the perfect size. Made in Italy, and seals really well. I will be using this for my sourdough starter and needed a really strong seal, and a large enough jar for the starter when it rises. I didn’t know the gasket is only good for a single use. Don’t quite know what that means since I will be opening it weekly to feed and use. Shrug 🤷♀️. Maybe if someone is canning…… Beautifully made and highly recommend.
