Does this product use aloe latex or aloe whole-leaf that is a concern when combined with DMSO?

From the listing: Arnica Montana, Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Vitamin E, Aloe Vera, Grapeseed Oil and 10% DMSO. This was not on the older version I had originally purchased. I'm good with all the ingredients. It works exceptionally well.

I think it is only for pain and not for discoloration. It did not reduce pain for me but dmso helps a lot of people. Arnica is famous pain reliever. My pain from spinal tumor and only opiods help.
