Wow this stuff is amazing !!! Helps with weight loss because the fiber keeps your regular and extremely full . The texture is perfect I am very particular when it comes to texture and this mixes perfect with my yoghurt and oatmeal !! It’s not gritty at all wow thank you so much for this taste good . When I add it to something it kinda taste earthy or like oatmeal or maybe plain Cheerios basically a really light flavor and perfect texture not gritty like other fibers I had or no super thick . Thank you !! I will be getting more !

Garden of Life Fiber Powder is a nice alternative to competing fiber products that are full of sweetener and non-nutritious fiber. It does the job, and I recommend it.

oh chile! tiktok made be buy this! 've been on a mission to level up my health game, and gut health is a big part of that. When I saw a registered dietitian recommend this on TikTok, I figured it was worth a shot. but the taste- I'm not going to sugar coat it. This stuff has an... interesting flavor. It's kind of like a mix between dirt and cardboard. Despite the taste, I'm sticking with it. After all, it's not about the flavor, it's about the health benefits. So if you're serious about your gut health and don't mind a bit of an earthy taste, give this a try.

This is great, all natural fiber

Reason I chose this fiber product: Because it said it was made from 15 different fiber sources which will help populate my gut with varied flora. Most fiber supplements are only made from one source. Helpful Tip: Your water or liquid needs to be cold or else the product will become gelatinous and gross. I use ice water. You also have to stir it occasionally as you drink it or else it will settle towards the bottom of the glass. Surprising plus: I don’t mind the taste, it’s kind of nutty. My constipation story: I have been constipated all of my life and I thought I tried everything but to make a long story short what ended up working for me is MiraLAX two times a day and a scoop and a half of this fiber split in water throughout the day. I know it seems too simple to work, and everybody is different, but my constipation was really severe and this combination worked for me. I had gotten to the point where I was only using enemas and the doctor told me to use MiraLAX twice a day before I saw him which I found very annoying because I had done that in the past and it didn’t work, but I decided to add fiber to it and it works. I have also used fiber in the past unsuccessfully, but again for me it’s the combo. For the sake of being thorough let me add that the other thing I did that I think was helpful was bowel training over the whole summer. The bowel training by itself obviously didn’t work but the routine is probably helping now. I also start my day with coffee… yes, I have to do all the things, lol. I know how depressing chronic constipation is and the negative impact it can have on your life… Good luck to all of you.

I had high hopes for this product since I have not had much luck with most fiber products. The first two things I notice about this item ( See attached photo ) is that the product looks like flower pot top soil and the container even though sealed, was only half filled. The there is a HUGE scoop that take up even more of that space and you have to take an entire huge scoop which means this 1/2 filled container is not going to last you very long. So I took a chance and tried this product ( It says to mix with water ) but it would not dissolve at all, was very gritty ( Chia seeds ) and when I drank it I started choking because it was so thick, wouldn't dissolve and the sludgy mush with gritty chia was horrible to swallow. I had to fill the glass with a second glass of water to not waste the product and get the rest down. The nest day I tried mixing it with juice to help with the bad taste but it was not much better. Having said that, after all that and a couple of days, still no relief so I would not buy the product as it did not even help. I had to give this one star as I feel the consumer is on the losing end of this purchase.

Delicious mixed in pomegranate juice! Nutty flavor & doesn't get thick, just keep stirring in between sips to prevent settling at the bottom. It's slightly gritty but the grit doesn't bother me because it is the ground seeds & they taste good! Pricey? Kind of, but It's worth the money to have a decent fiber drink. I just ordered another one!

This stuff is incredibly hard to eat and or drink. It’s got a bad taste and it makes water and or overnight oats, or whatever you put it in, become sludge. It’s got all the great ingredients, just gotta find the right thing to put it in
