The coffee maker is excellent and works very well. Very durable and nice looking. Someone accidentally threw away the basket trivet. I contacted SYBO Kitchen customer support, and they offered to send us a replacement for free. Very pleased.

I purchased this machine August 22, 2024. I love this machine. I really love it. so easy to make a pot of coffee and since there are 3 of us needing one in the morning it is the perfect coffee machine. I had a slight problem due to my lack of understanding the simple maintenance to keep the machine working properly. But the customer service I received has been outstanding. I emailed them and they have been beyond helpful! Most companies you have no luck with customer service but with this company they have gone 200% to help me. It’s honestly been one of the best purchases for our kitchen. Even though it’s labeled “commercial,” it fits fine on our counter and looks sleek with the stainless steel design. It’s super easy to use—just pour the water in the top, add your grounds, and it brews pretty fast. The two glass carafes are a huge plus. We use one for regular and one for decaf, or just keep a backup pot ready during brunch or family gatherings. The warmers do a great job keeping everything hot without making it taste burnt. Cleanup is straightforward, and the machine feels solid and well-built. If you’ve got a coffee-loving household or like to host, this is definitely worth the investment. It’s more efficient and dependable than most standard home coffee makers I’ve owned.

This coffee maker worked great every day at our c-store for more than a year. When the bottom burner stopped working, I called Sybo customer service and discovered the product is warranted for 2 years. They gave me simple instructions and offered immediate response and product replacement.

We ordered this coffee maker for an office to replace the Bunn that we had. We wanted a Bunn, but their pricing has doubled in the last few years and I don't have the budget to spend $500 on a coffee maker for the office. Anyway, I would steer anyone looking at this coffee maker away. It takes over 30 minutes for this coffee maker to brew 1 pot of coffee. It is ridiculously slow!

This is definitely a Great machine for making large quantities of coffee, as well as keeps both pitchers warm. It's fast, makes your coffee to the perfect temperature and keeps it there. It also feels like a quality strong item made from metal not just like a plastic one that feels all flimsy. Extremely simple to use and not overcomplicated with a a lot of buttons like similar items. We use it in our office to every day and we love it.

This coffee machine, while a little slow to make coffee (15 minutes for a full pot) has worked well. That is until this morning, when I added water, it came pouring out the side and bottom of the machine. It will no longer hold any water. What a mess. I bought this machine in September 2024 and make on average one pot a day. Updated: SYBO replaced the unit with a new one. This one is working great so far, still a little slow, but it works properly.

We were having problems with our old coffee maker in our office so in march last year we picked up this one all of the problems were solved and the coffee maker is easy to use as well as being very durable and can hold up to anyone that uses it and brews a full pot of steaming coffee in no time. Recently we had a small problem with an interior component and reached out to customer service and they are fixing the problem as I type this review. Very quick response times and straight to the point help.

Amazing machine so far! Every trucker family should have this to prep thermoses in the morning! Time saver for sure👍

I bought this coffee maker for Lions club . We have had several bunn coffee makers. This is the best one we could have bought . It was a great price and does not require the us to preheat it for 20 min as it makes coffee i 2 mins and is always hot
