Tells the temperature
Great little thermometer, bought for my compact kettle 47cm that doesn’t have a gauge. Does the job looks smart and only needed a 10mm metal bit to make the hole.

Check carefully, the pictures here are not accurate
Advertised as fitting the Weber Spirit, but sadly it doesn't fit mine. The secondary mounting clip is on the wrong side, meaning it would be upside down, even if the clip fitted through the actual hole on the lid. Which is doesn't as its too large. Yet the photos do not show the clip as displayed in my picture. Product itself looks to be great and I'm sure it'll do an adequate job on bbqs it actually fits in. Perhaps my 2014 model is different to newer versions. Just check which orientation yours is. If the secondary hole is above the main hole, you should be fine.
