If youre looking for sorguhm flour here it is! Good quality product and taste, its a lil nutty and earthy and i love it! The bag zipper is bad, it dosent close well or at all as flour gets stuck in the snap plastic closure, just be prepared to store it another way. 10/10 will buy again!

I have cooked these in my Yedi pressure cooker, a cup and a half of the lentils with four and a half cups of water. High pressure for thirteen minutes. They puffed up to five and a half cups of cooked lentils. VERY TASTY!!! I have also sprouted these in a jar and then added to stir fried dishes, very nice flavor. And I have also planted these as a cover crop in my raised beds in my garden. So these are very versatile, well worth the money.

This worked great for multiple gluten free baking recipes I've tried and gave me no problems allergy-wise. Note that this is not a direct replacement for non gluten free flours. Depending on the recipe you're making, you'll probably need to use different blends of multiple gluten free flours/starches and other additives like xanthan gum and psyllium husk.

I have to be gluten free, and I love the taste of sorghum floor. This flour has the great taste I love and a great consistency. I add it to my gluten free flour mixes in all my baking.
