Love these!
These are highly rated for good reason, I absolutely love these, and 100% stand behind this brand for it's high quality and effectiveness! I have issues with frequent peeing and sometimes I can't make it to the bathroom in time so I wear these as an insurance policy so I can't really speak on leakage and hold capacity. But I can say that they're comfortable, have a great design and aren't too bulky.

If You Must Use Disposable Diapers, Choose Prevail!
I hate the idea of having to buy these disposable diapers because it means that I can no longer use the bathroom like a normal person. What is normal? Unassisted? Needing no help? Going when I want? At any rate, since I must use them, at least I have found a brand that is practical and suits my needs. I like to order 2 boxes of Prevail which comes in 4 packs of 12 diapers each. As a Prime member, I can receive them within 2 days by Fed Ex. When I get down to 3 packs, I place my next order. I don't like for my supply to get low, so I like knowing that I can expect my order to arrive promptly within 2 days with time to spare, and I still have at least a pack or more left from my previous order. You just never know how many days you'll use more diapers than usual because of what you ate or drank. Also, during bad weather, there could be delays because of snow, ice, hurricanes etc. It's good to store emergency diapers just like you store emergency food. The price is reasonable and I like the diapers! There is absorbancy where it's needed most; between the legs. The material doesn't need to be thick along the panty part. What's so cool is that when you need to change, you just find the side seam, grasp, then rip it inch by inch until you get to the end. Then do the other side. You'll need to find the best method of what works best for you as far as how to actually remove it. All in all, I think I like Prevail the best. I've tried 2 others. I don't like the ones with the tabs. I prefer the pull ups. The tabs might be better for an adult who has a caregiver who has to put the diapers on then remove them. It might be too difficult to use the pull ups on someone who can't stand.

Get the 360 Breezers.
I've been buying the 360 Breezers for many years and I've been happy with them except I would prefer a pull-up style. The description of these have me the impression that these were essentially the same but in a pull-up design. I'm very disappointed in these for two reasons: 1) I wear the 360 Breezers in a size 3 and they fit perfectly. Looking at the chart for these I clearly fall into the 2X size on the chart. These in the 2X are WAY WAY to big for me which is confusing and disappointing. 2) These are not even close to the absorbency, leak residence, and just overall comfort. I'm going back to the 360 Breezers. The side connectors work well I just thought a pull-up would be a little more convenient. Unfortunately, These are just no where near the overall quality of the 360 Breezers so I continue to recommend them as the best adult "diapers" available.

Great disposable underwear which have a better fit and more absorbant than some other 'unnamed' brands
When your loved one needs to have dependable disposable underwear, these Prevail disposables are the ones to buy, especially if you're on the 'larger' size in the bottom region and need more room. When my husband was in the hospital, they put their largest Depends on him and it barely covered half of his butt. They were horribly uncomfortable and did not do the job that they were intended to do, which was protect him from mishaps without spilling over the sides. After we got home, I knew that my husband would need the assurance that any 'mishaps' he might have would be caught with an extra absorbency panty which would help him avoid embarrassing moments. Not only that, but he needed them to be pulled up easily and fit him comfortably all the way around....and these 2X Prevail underwear did the trick. Not only are these Prevail disposables comfortable, but are very durable, absorbent, and affordable. I would definitely recommend Prevails to anyone who may need both assurance and comfort during one of the most challenging and discreet times during their lifetime.

The ad says a case that is not the case its simply one pack of protective underwear.

The product itself is great but when I received the item the one of the packs was melted.

My husband tried a few different brands and these are the most comfortable and do the job they are meant to do. They also have come quicker than stated when we order them.

So having a hard time with COVID getting the standard always brand we normally get for family. There isn't many options for 2x, so I gave these a try. Wasn't expecting much, but pleasantly surprise. Fits well, a little "heavier" than the Always but better that than too thin. Size label goes in the back (printed not a tab) with no bows or lines. I'm thinking this us Uni-sex not womens/mens. Seems to be a great replacement option till things get back to normal.
