Coffee... it's a very personal experience. What I may like, you may not... and vice versa. THIS one though, wow. I've never been a big believer in organics. I understand the idea behind organics and its sound, but I didn't really believe that organic anything was better tasting than scientifically grown produce... until now. I like coffee... actually I love coffee. If you wake up to a fresh pot of "name brand" coffee brewed with pre ground beans thru a white or brown paper coffee filter with tap water you are doing your taste buds and your stomach a serious disservice. Everyone likes to think they are a coffee connoisseur. I'm here to help, not criticize... there is a big difference. Let's get started with just the basics. Coffee contains oils, lots of oils, and acid, a bad thing. Do you or have you ever seen the foam on top of a freshly brewed cup of coffee? That's the result of acid in the bean after processing (roasting) the bean. It creates the bitter taste you may have experienced if you were paying attention. It's the result of an inferior bean, period, regardless of what anyone says, it's simply an inferior bean. I'm not here to debate this fact so if you dissent don't bother here I don't have time to respond, if you are still reading please listen closely so I can tell you how to make the BEST coffee you can make, period. There are two methods... first is the French Press with pre filtered or spring water and freshly ground beans which were kept in the refrigerator, not the freezer. Look it up on YouTube. It is the purest form of coffee you can make and is exceptionally cheap and the most wonderful cup of coffee you can imagine. Coming in a close second is coffee that is made with a brewing machine that offers these few things... 1. a charcoal filter for your water, 2. a grinder built into your coffee maker and 3. a metal filter. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE A PAPER FILTER if you want best you can get. A paper filter will instantly soak up the oils off of the beans you chose to spend so much of your hard earned money for and ruin what would have been a wonderful cup of coffee. You get it now right? If you've made a cup of coffee black and poured it into your cup and seen a floating substance on the top of your coffee, its not because the cup is dirty, its the oils off of the beans themselves... its flavor in and of itself... its what you are paying for. You don't want the foam, it's acid... what you do want however is the oily look on top of your cup of coffee, the desirable oil of flavor that you paid for. NO PAPER. This particular blend of Organic coffee is absolutely amazing and far past a steal at this price for an extremely low acidic and Organic blend... extremely underpriced as it should be priced at $30/lb.... its low acidity (undetectable to my taste) and quality flavors are second to none period. In my opinion I find that real Kona coffee is underwhelming compared to this. I know this sounds like a stretch but its not even close IMO. IF IN FACT this company stays true to form, I will not buy another coffee.

**Fantastic Flavor, Fresh Beans, and Great Value**
We absolutely love this coffee. The flavor is bold and smooth without being burnt or acidic, and the fact that it’s organic is a big plus. The beans always arrive fresh, and the price is hard to beat for the quality. One of our favorites, hands down.

Sourced ethically
I recently purchased the Mayorga Organic Coffee 2lb Cafe Cubano Roast, and it’s a morning game-changer! This dark roast, crafted from 100% Arabica beans from Peru, Honduras, and Nicaragua, delivers a bold, smooth flavor with hints of vanilla and sweet, syrupy smokiness. The low acidity makes it easy on the stomach, and the rich aroma is captivating right out of the bag. It brews beautifully in my French press, though some beans seemed less fresh, lacking the expected bloom. Sourced ethically via direct trade, it’s a guilt-free indulgence. A fantastic, robust coffee for dark roast lovers

Bag arrived ripped
I’ve been ordering this coffee for over a year, and it’s always been delicious and consistent. However, this time the bag arrived ripped, and some of the beans were spilled in the box. Hopefully, this is just a one-time issue, but otherwise, the coffee is fantastic!

Great flavorful coffee!
I love this coffee! The brewing aroma, the warm body flavor with no bitterness and it's organic. I don't want my coffee with a bunch of pesticides, herbicides or fungicides; just good ole healthy, smooth coffee.

Happy Repeat Customer
From the product to the packaging, I am pleased with this product. What it calls a "light roast" is indeed a light roast, producing a smooth, delightful product. The beans are clean and whole, and ready for my grinder. The packaging is different from other bags I've typically seen in larger quantities of coffee beans. This one has a zip seal! This packing stays air-tight from use to use, versus the fold-down style backs I'm more accustomed to. This increases the fresh life of the beans. This is the 3rd time I've ordered this brand, and I have no reason to shop elsewhere.

Bitter acid taste
Beans are small and dry and very light brown. I have been drinking quality coffee from beans for decades. I am not sure if it is global warming or just poor quality control.
