Carving Knife Dragon Head Grand Silver Thai Knive Fruit Vegetable Soap Design Art V.2, All Metallic Handmade Work

I've gone through a lot of carving knives trying to find the best blade and overall look. Most of them on Amazon are garbage, or close to it. The pair with the wooden handles are basically letter openers. The yellow handled knives are pretty good, but fairly basic and go dull quick. All the other Thai looking knife sets are just stickers wrapped around tubes, blades are not shaped right and are not too sharp either, don't waste your money on those. This one though has a great blade. And that is really the most important part. I like the texture to the decoration and it has a bit of heft to it. It would be perfect if they just left off the dragon head. The dragon head is heavy and adds a lot of weight to the back end of the blade which is awkward. The little point that is usually at the top of these Thai style knives would have been perfect. I'm still debating whether I'll break it off to give the knife better balance. If they make that adjustment it will be a 5 star knife!
